As far as the food goes, this place has really good Hu Tieu. However, one of those will cost $16 (cash only) and while it'll also come out pretty quickly despite how busy the restaurant is, the portion won't keep you full for too long
I found this on instagram and decided to give it a try. It opens early. We arrived around 11 am. and it is almost full. The restaurant is not that big. If you're looking for a close-to-authentic Phnom Penh noodle and pork, this place is it. I think the owner is Cambodian as well. The seasonings for a bowl of hu tiu is on point, not too sweet nor too salty. Keep your mouth salivating and yearning for another bite right away. Pork ribs are almost melt in your mouth.
