This is a franchise where we've eaten at times before. We visited this location recently and we're quite disappointed. The ordering was via kiosk (great) and we were told we'd be notified by SMS once our food was ready. Both hot dogs were cold when we got them. They looked and tasted ok but we're definitely cold. As for their location, this plaza is not the nicest place. The people there drive like maniacs in and out of the parking lot, making it dangerous for pedestrians. That being...read full review
Heavenly food! The Kyoto Burger and the Bulgogi dog are absolutely to die for. Very high quality meat and soft buns dusted with corn powder. Their cooking techniques are sublime. The cheese stick is also better than any I’ve ever had and comes with a pretty nice mustard sauce. I love to get a side of kimchi to cleanse my palette after all the delicious meat and who doesn’t love that? Love this place — we have started going here about once a week.

The vegetarian hotdogs and fries were very tasty. The Kyoto Fire was our favorite. While we have only been once, some of our friends recommended the same highly from years of visits. This review has been updated from its original to reflect that the manager resolved a disagreement we had with the clerk. Credit to the clerk, while he was perhaps confused, he was apparently trying to do what he thought was his job in the face of pressure.
