“I can't say enough about this place and if I can give more than 5 stares I would . Very friendly people, very clean and well organized market with a great selection of fresh fruits,cookies ,beans and a lot of other Middle Eastern products . I guaranty you will like the owners whenever you meet them .The wife and her husband were very nice and their son looked very educated and well raised(good job). Shish Market is ONE of the BEST markets.“

“My go to for lunch whenever I'm working in this area. I always order the Saaj wrap with falafel or chicken shawafel with all the fixings and it always hits the spot. The many options for fresh ingredients to add to your wrap or bowl is one of the many things I love about Saaj. The green sauce is a must! Not to mention, each meal comes with a warm lentil soup, which is great way to start any meal. The lady that works here provides genuinely, friendly service and is informative if you have any questions. My only wish is that they had a location closer to where I reside in Fairfield!“

“Located right across from Mountain Mike's. It didn't take long to get my full order of food, maybe 10 minutes? It was close to closing time so I definitely appreciate the last minute order they took! Inside was clean and empty since they were getting ready to close for the day. Just a few customers waiting for their food. Chicken Dum Biryani (8/10) - Generous portion! Rice and chicken were flavorful, not too spicy. Samosa (9/10) - Perfectly fried on the outside and fluffy potato and peas on the inside. Pairs perfectly with mint chutney they provided! I do wish they had a minced lamb version, I haven't seen that available in this area. Chicken Tikka (6.5/10) - A bit dry, I would probably go with curry next time around. Chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken) (9/10) - Delicious! Went well with the Biryani!“

“We are new to the Bay Area and went to this restaurant for the first time . Their service and food was excellent! I am North Indian and not easy to please with North Indian food but I have not had such mind blowing chole kulche and sarson ka saag , makke di roti in the US . Definitely recommend . Our server, Sabi,was awesome, brought complementary French fries for my son and gajar ka halwa for us. Very hospitable, felt like we were in India. Would go back soon.Vegetarian options: We were told that the kitchen is separated into veg and non veg sections and they do not mix things up which is great!“

“Falafel, Baba ganoush are real deals here!Falafel is so crispy and fluffy , moist at the same time. This is definitely some of the best falafel i’ve ever had in the states. Baba ghanoush has so smoky and roasted flavor to it. Love the way they authentically cook Middle eastern cusines! Multi layered spices(especially Tumeric) flavors come through in a nice way.“

“I kid you not, the lamb gyro here just might be the most delicious thing I've ever eaten in my life, and I am not a young person. I don't know how they manage to make the gyro so flavorful, but it's absolutely ridiculous, in a really good way though. I could eat here every day. The 5 stars they maintain here on Yelp is highly deserved.“

“Delicious and great service! The environment is really cute outside since you can sit by the pond and watch the ducks in the plaza. I ordered the bolani potatos as the appetizer and Sampler kabob as my entree. All the meats were cooked perfectly and deliciously seasoned. Next time I'm going to order extra bread with my entree . Hope I can make another visit before I move down!“

“Honestly everything was excellent. The food was fresh and flavorful, the service was intentful and speedy, and the atmosphere was inviting and cozy. The menu had a focused but varies collection of meat/kabob dishes. I ordered the chicken breast kabob plate. 17 bucks. Such a bargain for the amount of food these days and it tasted home cooked and prepared with pride--you can tell. The rice was perfectly seasoned and the entire plate was nicely balanced with a yogurt based cabbage slaw. Definitely will be coming back.“

“SO Good!!?They let you customize the bowls to your liking and it’s always fresh and delicious. Falafel has always been crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. My boys devour the chicken shawarma wraps. Guys behind the counter are helpful and friendly. Love this place- so much healthier than many quick to-go options.“

“Very friendly owner. Zeiton is also caring and a recommending new torshi style to me that she made it. Tasty and fresh kabob for 5 skewers only 15$ and homemade nan. Got fresh herbs from their freezer side and the taste and brand was outstanding.“

“10/10. The food was delicious. The chapli kabob can be made spicy which had a good kick if you like, I also tried my sister's spicy beef gyro plate, which was also amazing. They had great service and checked in on customers. The ambiance is nice, it's an Afghan restaurant that isn't in a food court, I forgot I was in the mall. This is the best Afghan food I've had in the Pleasanton area, I'll definitely be back!“

“We DoorDash all the time from this place. Their indo-Chinese is sumptuous. Veg manchuria dry is very good. Their non veg starters chicken pepper fry and Apollo fish are very good too. Egg noodles and Fried rice, with butter chicken is soul food. Their biryani's are also damn good.“

“All was delicious; however, some basic items one might expect were unavailable, possibly due to a large party (80) that would be there later. Our group of 6 was easygoing about not being able to order some things we'd wanted. The disappointment didn't last long because what was available was very good.“

“5/5 LOVE this place ! You have to try the Pineapple Fried Rice! We got that + Sweet/Sour Chicken + Pad Thai + drinks ... our bill came out to $60. I do have to ask for the Pad Thai spicy since it's not on the menu as such. Grateful this place is in town !“
