I had the Beef in Oyster Sauce, Kung Pao Chicken, Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, the combo noodles, and the combo Fried Rice. All delicious!!!! “First time here and I will be back. A small gem tucked away in a small plaza off Soledad next to Vallarta. The place is small, quiet place to eat. The food is really good! I truly love crepes (I make my own when I have the time) and they have enough great selection to choose from. I ordered the breakfast crunch and I love the crunchiness of the granola, the banana is fresh and just the perfect amount of Nutella on top! The service is fast!!! “Great food! Starting with the always delicious Sourdough Rolls you get for free when you walk in is exceptional. The dishes are phenomenal as well. Whether you want the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo or the Gluten Free Pesto Pasta you can never go wrong with this place. Pizza is good too but I prefer the Alfredo personally. Great to take the family too as everyone will always find something for them. Service is top notch too. Have never been treated horribly by a staff member so that is good.”

My order is a regular iced rose peach green tea with honey instead of sugar, no boba or milk ($4). Simplistic esthetic, spaced out seating, chill music playing, polite staff and clean gender neutral bathroom. Definitely would recommend over the busy chain coffee place across the street.”

Table has touch screen with menu with fast software and pictures that I can understand what to order. I ordered Ramen and Philadelphia roll with tempura outside. The roll was amazing with creamy Philadelphia, the rise was gentle and fresh-soft. Amazing. Ramen was so delicious, only the mushrooms were a little bit despicable. I paid $33.95. For this price I will give 5+++.”

“Everything about Newhall Press Room was just about up to my expectations for it, based on its location, philosophy (per web sites descriptions), and reviews from other trusted Yelpers. So, all in all, this was a good experience for a Sunday brunch on a popular holiday. The menu was good enough for a vegetarian. The fact that you can get breakfast/lunch/dinner at any time on Sundays was a nice extra. The California Benedict appealed to me and I was able to have the bacon kept out. Our server, Jennifer, was very friendly, efficient, and professional. We got a perfect table for me, right next to the large windows (clean) on Main Street and below the large screen tv. We lucked out and got a parking space right in front -- yay, that's rare. The food was good, the portions were modest but enough so we could take some home. Jennifer and the kitchen gifted us with two small delicious sugared cinnamon muffins -- wasn't that nice? Main Street is festive now on weekends with all the shops and gastropubs that have opened and are seemingly thriving through all the challenges they face these days and the fact that Old Town Newhall is a bit off the beaten path. That lends itself to feeling like we had an outing even though it was a relatively casual midday meal. The beer menu is good and I was able to get Dark Star Oatmeal stout, as I do like an occasional 4oz of beer (it came in a frosty 16 oz glass), and it always has to be the darkest beer available. I don't like any other kind and am not a drinker. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other gastropubs in LA county, so, bottom line, this is a good place to try. Now, one thing I have to point out is the unexpected missing character, for lack of a better term, that the interior has and thus the rather bland atmosphere inside. This, despite a great tin ceiling (see pictures), the walls of bottles, and the black wood tables and chairs, all upscale touches. Somehow the walls look empty even with a couple of unremarkable art pieces. For example, NPR has apparently won some prestigious and valued awards, but they are placed on a relatively inconspicuous wall, lost on the stretch of whiteness of that spot and thus almost forgotten or trivialized. I meant to take a closeup of them and forgot -- proving my point. The entire indoor space needs something extra to add a bit of excitement. Also, my Benedict eggs were almost cold when they came. This is probably because after they were cooked, cold avocado and tomato were place on them and chilled them down. However, that was almost made up for by being on biscuits -- love that idea -- even though these were a bit dry and not likely made same day. There is a good size patio for outdoor dining and a good wine and spirits menu. They definitely honored St. Patrick's Day. I wish I could be more superlative; it wouldn't take much to notch it up to great. I want to try it again soon.”

“Had a last minute hankering for pizza while visiting my Mom in SCV. It was getting late, many local places were getting ready to close for the evening. After reading reviews on Yelp, decided to give Ameci a try and we have no regrets! I was greeted at the counter by a friendly young man who had his hands full. They were hosting a fundraiser event for a local elementary school, and the place was packed! But when I walked up, he couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. I told him about our preferences for crust styles and toppings, and he made the perfect call! We ordered a deluxe combo, with all of the pepperoni on only 1/2 of the pie (Mom doesn't like pepperoni.. sacrilege, right?) As busy as they were, they prepped the pizza, cooked until the crust was a lovely golden brown with a light chew. The sauce to topping ratio was perfect and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. A manager was chatting with me while I waited and couldn't be more hospitable. You can dine in on one of the few little metal tables and chairs, but I'll most likely order take-out from Ameci's. No big dining room, very casual inside. I'll definitely be returning!”

There are only 3 or 4 tables and each seats 2 people max, so this is NOT a good place if you come with more than 1 person and you'll also constantly feel the wind as the convenience store automatic gate keeps opening and closing (i.e. dust will come in). I recommend doing things to go... the subway rewards program is ok, nothing spectacular or worth signing up.”

“First of all, THANK YOU, Coffee Kiosk management, for not succumbing to the tempting alliteration of naming your business with two Ks / misspelling the word "coffee". I've done kiosks from the East coast to the West...Seattle, Vancouver and more. Up there, in Canada, it's commonplace to drive up and be served by bikini-clad baristas (some topless, in fact). It's a gimmick, to be sure. Coffee Kiosk here in Santa Clarita doesn't need that though. Their coffee and espresso-based beverages are on point. Big time. My hot latte featured an obvious richly roasted bean and some foamy, frothy, luscious steamed milk. It was lovingly made. I took a chance; instead of driving through (the intended method) I parked and walked up (I needed to stretch my legs after the long drive from Inglewood) and, like it was scripted, a lovely bright-eyed gal (fully clothed) with a huge smile (it was 6:30AM on a Sunday) greeted me and happily took my order. Coffee Kiosk, I'm a believer.”

We than proceeded to order the brusccetta which was huge and SO GOOD , the chicken stuffed with procuito and cheese with a pesto sauce also amazing, and the frute di mare pasta which really exceeded my expectations because usually my favorite pasta is the San Remo pasta. Of course for two people the price seems crazy but people need to realise that if portioned correctly even though the small sizes say feeds 3 people it could easily feed 4/5 especially when sharing multiple plates. The ambiance is also amazing there's almost no where else like it the decor is so cute , the lighting is a perfect tone , and what people need to realise that the art isn't vulgar , its historic. Just absolutely a great vibe , great staff, and I know the chefs and cooks are also on point because as a chef myself the food was amazing . Highly reccomend for date night , family dinner, or dinner with friends !”

Super friendly and made us feel like regulars. Smiles and has conversations like you know her. Her attention to clients is 100%. I've worked in small bars for years so I know how they can sometimes be. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and really clean. I didn't play pool but they have a table. My only complaint is if you don't know the area Google maps does a horrible job of telling you where it is. For such a small area I didn't feel crowded. Will totally go again if I'm in the area. So there is some consistency issue.However, service is consistently awesome.”

The larger cakes are fantastic for groups, the little bundtlettes are the cutest size and portion for one! I love their lemon raspberry flavor, chocolate, and red velvet! “Went here on a Sunday morning as I craved for dumplings and Ive been wanting to go here to try their dishes. Its an hour drive away from our house but I must say its worth it. I love the dumplings and the shrimp fried rice. The baos were also good. I didnt like the super spicy numbing beef soup that much but it wasnt bad at all. The soup portion was huge though. Service was fast too; you have to order and pay online thru their QR code. Overall, I recommend this place and will be back.”

“Stopped by with a friend for a quick beer today at Brewery Draconum. It was rainy and cold, perfect to sit at the bar to keep dry with a nice people and cozy atmosphere. My review is on the shorter side as we just came for a beer. Unfortunately we had stuffed ourselves silly with food at an event and sadly had no room to order any food here. I will say even though we didn't get any bites almost every table had food and it all looked super good. We saw wings, sandwiches, and fried bar bites going out. Definitely hope to come back to try something next time. We cozied up to the bar and enjoyed that on a rainy Saturday afternoon we had the bar top all to ourselves. Love the wood and that they have glass panels behind the bar so that you can actually see the brewery and cylinders behind. Draconum has a pretty good selection of their own crafted beers. We both opted for the cerveza dragon (Mexican lager) which was delicious. Super mild and refreshing but had good flavor. They advertised this as one of their new beers on tap. The bar decor is definitely cool with the dragon theme and some nice beer steins off to one side of the bar. I like the dragon and semi medieval theme. Cute merch, clothing, stickers, and hats. Kind of regret not buying something, maybe next time. The restaurant was clean and they have ample amount of bathroom stalls here (that's important lol). Looks like they have a cute outdoor back patio too but was rainy so maybe can check it out next time. Staff were very friendly here. Very good vibes and for not being locals we definitely felt welcomed. All in all this is a cool brewery on this side of town and I would love to come back for some more samplings of their beers and their food.”

Having more time, I would have delved into the smoothie choices, but will definitely return to try other items. I have to say the baked goods looked scrumptious for sure! The Eat Real Cafe is just what you want to brighten your day with it's cheery, comfy setting both inside and out. Quite busy at lunchtime today, yet service did well keeping up. They have so many flavors you can add to your coffee to create your own specialty drink or you can order off their specialty coffee menu. Every single curated menu item created by bodhi always hits and I love when the seasons change because that means new drink items come out and flavor combinations I would never think to try. The service is impeccable and they are always so friendly and caring when I come in. The store is pretty spacious and a great place to get work done or catch up with a friend. Parking lot is also huge but I owe it to the fact that this location is within a plaza. I'm a long time bodhi fan specifically this location because it's just good vibes and good coffee all around. :-) also, I highly recommend an oat milk latte with raspberry syrup and the mocha cold foam on top.”

Just wanted to throw in how weird and ignorant it is to think you are a better person because you shop at one place over the other. (Lesser items? Lower class of people? Really? “I’ve tried a lot of Chinese Restaurants and am always disappointed but this one is a winner!!! We were truly missing a great Chinese Restaurant in Santa Clarita and now I can say D&D is my favorite. I had the Beef in Oyster Sauce, Kung Pao Chicken, Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, the combo noodles, and the combo Fried Rice. All delicious!!!!
