Max's To Go, Sta. Clarita Filipino •

“They are great when they are open! I'm told that many of the little shops in this courtyard are owned by the same owner and he can only open as many as he has staff to do so. Therefore, sometimes Max's is open and sometimes it isn't.I always get the same thing. I get the crispy pasta and the garlic rice. They do it very well and it's made to order so it comes out piping hot. It's a small menu but there are quite a few little treasures to enjoy. The pictures attached are my crispy Pata and a large order of garlic rice. It's a 24 minute cook time on the crispy Pata so if you are in a hurry you can call in advance and They will drop it for you once you place your phone order. They are well known for their fried chicken. But I haven't tried it yet. Remember, I always get the crispy Pata. When I was a kid my dad talked about maxes all the time and really wanted to take us kids there. I'm so happy there's a Max's express near me so I can get a small taste of the place my dad loves so very much! What is your favorite thing to order here? Looking for suggestions.“

PhilHouse Filipino •

“I'm a repeat customer for online delivery. I purchase every 2 months. They allow you to add to your online order (through phone-in order) especially if the items are not found online. Just text the delivery driver to check if all orders are in the bag to be sure, because the food servers can be busy and may miss adding the phone orders into the bag.“

“Some of the best pastries I've had. Definitely one of the best ensaymadas I've ever had. They run a bit small but they're honestly the perfect size. They are nice and soft and they offer a variety of flavors. Personally the classic and ube are my favorite. They are a small mom and pop shop. They are extremely friendly and kind. Make sure to visit them and try their pastries.“
