when a mistake is made a apologize and refund is not enough....as owner of this place made it clear and her act of non professionalism soon encountered me ....day before im waiting for my turkey sandwich and when boyfriend bought it home it was a sandwich with 2 slices of cheese , 4 small slices of salmani...that wouldn't feed a goldfish .....what the hay? 9.29 for that....anyhow when i told the owner about it she said she would look into it ,in other words screw you .....look we went to pick up the sandwich, live 15minutes away , no one wants to go back , i go to return it today ,wait in line to get a refund , wasting my time for their mistake....left me unsettled ...i have been going there a few yrs and im not crucifying them for a mistake but always fix the problem before a person walks out the door unhappy
