Not sure where the responsibility lies for cleaning the bathroom but it looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. A sign was posted in the bathroom to contact management if it was untidy, but no method to actually contact them.
This place went downhill fast since the pandemic. Maybe new owners? But the employees seem uninterested in being there, only 1/2 the flavor options available, harsh lighting and it just feels sticky on the chairs and tables. And it cost twice as much now… I guess I’m getting old and crotchety too…

Best froyo :)But for the profit of the owner, the tart flavor (main) is mostly ran out in the evening and no one bother refilling/ making it.Manager of each location can try checking the operating system if you can make it better and you can make more money:)More flavors : more fun !Employees are nice but help them run the better system:)
