I went in to eat lunch and it was busy and had a line of about 6-8 people so I waited to order my food and figured it was going to be good and hot. The reasons I give for my rating are simple. When you have positions for 20 dishes on your menu, but you only have 6 items prepared, at noon, and the rest of the menu items are unused bowls, you are controlling the menu and limiting your customers choices. These employees were more than happy to have us wait almost 8 minutes to prepare a single item. We had limited time to eat lunch, so we ended up taking a choice that was not our favorite, so that we could enjoy eating the food...read full review

Manager, your staff need more training. Customer service not observed. They should also prioritize moving the line. Cashier was bagging an online order, while the in-store line wasn’t moving. My plate was complete already. The other person on the line focused on restocking while people waited in line. I waited about 3 minutes of silence before she acknowledged me.
