Long-standing customer, see the incinerator style Chicken Satay they delivered last night after a one hour wait for a delivery 2.5 miles from their restaurant. The owner was rude, non responsive and could have cared less. She never ever apologized! She saw no problem with us having to wait another hour to get a replacement order for the incinerated Chicken Satay and was just obstinate and rude. The driver delivering the replacement order copied the attached pictures and was asked to show them to the owner and express our displeasure. He said “nobody talks to her” that speaks volumes!
