“Food was really great. Customer service is good. Drive thru is different you order on the left and the window is on the right side of the passenger. Staff will work with you if you are the only one in the car to help reach for your payment. You can tell the way you get your food that they care. It's fresh and good.“

“I went to finally try this spot on a Thursday for $2 tenders. Ordered 2 cool (less than mild), 2 glow (mild), and 2 spark (medium). They all came out looking the same and once I tried it all, there wasn't much of a difference in spice level. I could've tried the next tier after Spark --- I think .The batter was great - loved the crunch and crispyness of it.I thought they would've been stingy about the $2 tenders but the size of the tenders were a good size.Staff was nice and efficient for a busy Thursday lunchtime. There's outdoor seating if you can't find a spot inside.“

Perks: they also offer hot dogs in addition to their sandwiches, strips, and wings. They have a wide variety of sauces, so you can order the original wings and get the sauce you enjoy best.“

They DO have non-fried chicken items on the menu that might be more interesting-- am very curious about those, but having not tried them yet, cannot comment on them. Service for a fast casual place is good and they are neatly kept, which elevates this location over the run of the mill.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Just happened to stop by Wildbird and was very impressed. The free-range chicken was hot and crispy and tasted great. We had the full chicken meal and while it was a bit expensive, it was good. We had the beans and the I would highly recommend getting the sweet potatoes. If you do a Google review you get free salsa and chips. The chip seasoning was good. Geo was our server and was really great in helping us order. I would definitely go back and also check out their other location.Parking: It's Westwood“

“The chicken is amazing, although at times it can be very dry. But that's only on occasion.The biggest downfall to this place is all the time and a great deal. They run out of chicken breasts. And normally, there's a ten to fifteen minute wait for the breasts. It seems to be a problem there for years.Then running out of that particular item all the time. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable meal. If anything that's really bad and almost unedible is the tortillas. They usually are very dough, like wet and overmoist, which makes for a bit of A. gross taste to them.“

It is only a side item, but this is most certainly not Texas toast. Texas toast is supposed to be not only toasted, but buttered on both sides with garlic and herbs. It was literally just a piece of bread that definitely wasn’t toasted. Don’t list something on your menu as Texas toast when it’s really just a piece of bread. Part of me wants to give them lower than four stars so they definitely see this and fix the mistake, or maybe last night was just an anomaly and they do actually sell Texas toast the way it’s supposed to be made. Either way, all I got was a thick piece of bread that wasn’t toasted and had zero butter on it.“

“2 coworkers recommended this place for lunch, I had a chicken wrap, they got a combo like 2 pieces with salad , which looked pretty decent portions, their food came out really fast, mine took like 20 minutes plus, don't know why, I know this place gets busy but we ordered the food about one minute after each other. I was expecting to eat there but looks like is only to go, and we placed our order outside the parking, waited outside etc. The girl who helped us didn't seem so polite, i believe is best to order alone with the tablet that is outside or call to place the order. Everytime I eat their salad my mind and body goes into some super cleanse mode or something and I feel so refreshed and alive the next day. I would highly recommend their green goddess salad and the broccoli pasta. I've tried like 4 different kinds and you can't go wrong with any of them. Also since this location is in Snata Monica I wa dreading the parking but there was someone waiting outside to bring out orders for pickup which was super convenient. Totally satisfied with the food and service.“

“I came here yesterday (Friday) for a late lunch. It was empty when I walked in but the girl at the cash register was super nice and friendly. She took my order and I went to wait in the front by the couch. The girl brought my tray over and I was in shock at just how much food they give you. I got the combo #1 and a drink came out to be $20 but definitely worth it. I barely was able to finish it all I left some fries and half a chicken tender that I took home and ate later that night. The little sauce that comes in the plastic container is really good I suggest asking for another one I'm not sure if it's extra but it's worth it. Will be returning here next time I want some chicken!“

“Most delicious hot chicken in Los Angeles. If you have never tried this you are missing out. There are different locations but I recently tried this one and I was satisfied. The food was fresh and fries were crispy just like I like them. The service was good the employees are very friendly, but it is a place where you have to make your order online. You pay online, no cash is accepted in this location and you pick up your order to go. The only down side is parking is always hard to find but it is so worth it when you start eating the chicken.“

“I have mixed feelings about this place. For one thing the food is awesome. Great place for take out. My wife also absolutely is obsessed with their Chinese chicken salad. On the other hand, why is it only drive thru. I once had to sit in my car and eat a wrap which was extremely messy. Their establishment was literally meant for indoor setting. Must be some kind of profitability reasons in the expense of customer comfort.“

“Scrumptious Korean fried chicken! Located inside the Galleria food court. I highly recommend ordering ahead of time if you can. They fry the chicken to order and can take 10-15 minutes. I do my grocery shopping, tuck my cart somewhere, order at the food court, then checkout my groceries and put away in my car. By the time I get back, the chicken is almost great for pick up! The soy garlic is my favorite. They get the chicken glass shatteringly crispy. FYI, they do NOT serve the chicken sandwiches in WAFFLES anymore, just in brioche buns. Not bad, but the waffles were what distinguished them. Only getting the chicken from now on. Opt for the pink radish side dishes! They're the best to eat with the chicken.“

“First off the chicken is pretty dang good and service is pretty quick 10 mins or less usually , I'd give it a 8.3/10 on a bigger scale. The Chicken is juicy , crispy and has a unique flavor with out being too salty. The hot sauce is Cajun so it has a fish fry taste to it which is good but I think Jim dandy's has way better hot sauce and quite frankly chicken also but if you don't want to drive across town this is good enough instead of Jim's and yes Cajun Louisiana is better than pioneers, Gus's, Charlie's , golden ox & lousiana's to me .“

“Ordered the Chinese chicken salad. Mashed potatoes and the coconut cookie. Everything was delicious, the order was made quickly and the service was good. They really have turned the restaurant into take out only. I miss the pre pandemic days when we could eat inside, I know they save on labor by not having as many workers but it was such a nice dinning experience.“
