“I eat at Huckleberry’s at least twice a month, today however my experience was not good to the point that I did not leave a tip and feel terrible about that. I went in around noon on Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I signed in for one and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat there roughly 10 minutes. Two ladies came in signed in. Apparently they knew one of the waitress and were seated a few minutes later even though I was there before them. A waiter then approached the hostess and pointed at the clipboard, the hostess told him she was not going to seat one person in a booth. So I approached the hostess that initially signed me in and inquired why the two ladies were given a booth even though I was there before them, she didn’t know and looked for the waitress who sat them. The waitress proceeded to move them to a bigger booth to seat me. I was very disappointed. I realize it was not right to leave a tip but customers should not be given preferential treatment.“

“I would prefer to give these guys a slightly lower railing. Maybe like a 3.7, but they were nice and worth rounding up. I definitely enjoyed my meatball sub. It’s been a whileSince I’ve had a good one. All the dishes my party ordered came with generous portions. The fry’s and onion ring were nice and crispy. To many places give you soggy fries.“

“The most relaxing burger spot in Tracy. If you’re looking for cheap, affordable or even an old fashion burger joint. Come here, not that long of a wait. Sure it’s not to be blown away by. But this burger joint has been serving since 1949. Talk about commitment.“

“Ebony at the Tracy Denny's is an absolute sweetheart & gets 2 thumbs up. After over a year of not visiting due to rude service, I recently had lunch with family members for my aunts birthday. She was quick, she knew her menu, remembered every extra condiment we requested and kept a beautiful smile & good attitude during our entire meal. There was a rude guest at the next table who caught our attention, complaining because it was pretty packed & food was not as quick as they had wanted I guess. She stayed professional and did what she needed to do & they left in a way better mood. You are truly a great server & our reason to come back again.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available along with the kids menu“

“Great food. Good Service.“
“This has probably been the greatest food experience I’ve ever had in my life. My dog today and I was terribly upset but the customer service brightened my mood immediately. While sitting , 5 burglars ran into the store and tried to rob the place at gun point, but Mrs Stephanie singlehandedly held them off WHILE cooking my food. I don’t know where she learned such extensive martial arts but she’s my superhero. 5 stars, would recommend.“

“Bistro 135 never fails to impress. Great service and innovative dishes that are always delicious. Last night we enjoyed the meatloaf, gravy, mashed potatoes with green beans and the pasta with steak tips. Both dishes were prepared perfectly, flavorful and fresh. We finished off with the scrumptious creme brûlée! As always, the service was attentive and friendly.“

“Our neighbors of 30 years are moving to Arizona. They have been going here every weekend since they opened. We have been trying to treat them to dinner for years. Today, at 4:30 on a Saturday was that day. It was raining earlier and cold. Tucked next door to the vacuum shop, there it was downtown Tracy. Immediately, upon approaching Chapter 2, a small line had formed with the regulars customers waiting for it to open. My neighbors started conversing with them. Once open we were met with a friendly owner, staff and patrons. The eatery is smalll, but big at the same time. It felt cozy and warm coming in from the cold. It was filled with lots of memorabilia, photos, varied decor and signs with food for thoughts. The signs entering and inside the bathroom is plastered with hilarious signs. The owner Heather knew our neighbors who introduced us. Heather, her daughters and staff are amazing. The food was delicious. We had hush puppies and fried pickles for appetizers. The guys ordered ? with bacon and ?. Us ladies had salmon and chicken piccota. For dessert we had the yummy ben'es and delicious ? custard! Everything was great! It was bittersweet because we are losing our trusted and irreplaceable neighbors Steve and Susan. We will be going back to Chapter 2 soon because of them! ❤️“
