“Food is good and fresh. This place is not your usual turo turo where food sits for hours. Food is cooked as they are ordered. Although the place is small, it can accommodate at least 12 people comfortably.“

“My family and I continue to come back to this location for delicious Filipino street food! All three photos were taken at different visits because we love the customer service, all around very attentive and caring, you feel taken care of while being attended to. You either pick up a foil tray (larger size) or a small plate of your choice and choose from the variety of options available to you. There are also other options such as rice bowls or cooked food on the side as well as drinks such as Sagot Gulaman and Melon juice. Then, you pay for what you want and they will call your number after freshly cooking your food. The food tastes very fresh and really takes you back to being in the Philippines! Definitely recommend to try what authentic Filipino food tastes like!“

Miki House Filipino • $$

“It was our first time dining at Miki House, and it was exceptional. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and flavorful. We enjoyed everything we ordered and devoured it. The fried chicken was super delicious and crispy on the outside. The fried rice was not heavily loaded with oil or soggy. The pork chop was not overly salted which was terrific. The lomi was top-notch, and its aroma was very inviting. Overall, we were super satisfied, and we would dine here again and try the different dishes they offer.“

“Growing up in Quezon City, I have very fond memories of Barrio Fiesta and my friend, Rey Ongpauco. Always had a good meal and always snacked on chicharon bulaklak. Anyway moving forward, I've dined here at this West Covina and the Glendale location years ago. So last month I decided to treat myself & my son to a hearty meal after our check ups. We ordered the kare kare with oxtails & tripe and a medium sized crispy pata! Such a rewarding experience for us. We truly enjoyed our meal and had some take home too. The oxtail and tripe in the Kare kare was cooked perfectly and the taste was superb. The crispy pata was just to die for. Our server was very attentive and very friendly too. Barrio Fiesta is still the best to me!“
