First of all let me start off by saying that I have never once in 40 years written a bad review. However this is a well deserving situation for sure. I am appalled at the rude and unprofessional treatment I just received. I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookie dough pints through uber eats which with delivery charge and tax came to over 28 dollars. What I received was some chocolate and cookie combination ice cream. I called immediately to the store located at 2339 East Evans, Denver to explain that I received the wrong order and the man who answered said he got my order right and it's not his problem and hung up on me. I pulled up my order through uber eats and tried to read it to him before he hung up but yet he hung up anyways. I was not confrontational, just seeking resolution. I tried to call back and he would not pick up. I had my husband call from his phone and the same man answered. My husband was also polite while this man yelled at my husband and hung up on him. He refused to just acknowledge that he got the order wrong and make it right. Despite not being confrontational with him he was rude and disrespectful. He said he's the manager.. We are driving there now to demand a refund as we got no where with him over the phone. We are also driving there to see his name in person as I fully intend to make sure whoever is above him becomes very aware of his horrible manner of treating paying customers who were nothing but respectful and seeking a reasonable resolution of a refund! People like this man should absolutely not be employed by such a company as ben and jerry's. His attitude is definitely not in line with the level of quality and culture of the company.
My family and I stopped in on our way back from Denver to Colorado Springs on Sunday. Heaven is a wonder. There were 5 of us and she was patient and gave samples to help make up our minds. The icecream was delicious. Then 6 other Groups came in (15 people) within seconds of eachother. One by one she took care of them quickly and with a smile on her face. Very impressive young lady.
