Drove out of our way to try Ben’s while passing through Denver. We ordered online. Pickup was fast and easy. Food fresh, tasty and ample. Restaurant appears to be a ghost kitchen. Somehow my teens knew about that concept. Interesting and not a problem. The chocolate cashew pudding was not as creamy as dairy pudding, but a good option for those avoiding dairy.
Ordered thru Door Dash. Born in GA. Some parts of the bowl are warm, and some parts are cold. When you put everything in the box, the dressing/cucumber gets warmer than it should. The food didn’t have a particular flavor that I was expecting to taste that made me recognize the restaurant. It tasted clean and healthy but I didn’t get the wow. Food is perfect for a post workout meal. I got the chicken mixed bowl with extra chicken and it was super filling and a balanced meal. Probably should have got some extra sauce but otherwise adding it to my list of places to eat while I’m in Denver.
