I really liked the ice cream part but the bubble waffle part didn’t seem like it was cooked all the way through

My family and I went here for the first time today. I had the cheesecake and it was to die for! So delicious. My daughter had the Oreo and she absolutely loved it, she ate all of it which she never usually does. Will definitely go back!!
