The General manager, Adam, is so rude ! I placed an order online while I was at work it was $13. I had my mom pick it up but all I told her was it was under my name and the time it would be ready. When she showed up the lady told her the total she payed and asked her to sign the receipt. When I got home I told her they had taken the money out of my account and I went and talk to the ladys that were there and no issues w them they were nice but they couldn't help me and told me to come back when their boss was there. The dude told me it wasn't his problem basically told me that thats what my mom gets for not understanding English and said its her fault that they took it as a tip. I am not leaving you a $13 tip on a $12 order atleast not if Im picking it up. If you hate your job so much and dealing with customers, get a different job. I work at a FAST FOOD restaurant and I would never talk to a customer like that EVER.
