I cannot recommend this place enough and the molcajate bowl is my favorite!!!! I bring people here just for that bowl!“

“My family all enjoyed our plates. Delicious fried poblanos and beer! Very friendly service, especially towards my little one. There was just enough decor and music to make the space nice without crowding out conversation or attention. There seemed to be a cheerful crowd watching soccer at the bar, but it was separate enough to not take over the restaurant.“

The enchiladas were inedible, definitely order something else. The person I was with liked their tacos though! The service was okay. It took a while for the waiter to come get drinks/appetizer orders, and then it was another long wait before he came back for our entree orders, but once the orders were in everything came out quickly.“

“I just love this place!❣️ I've been coming here for many years now and they always do such a great job. The staff is friendly, they are efficient inside and at drive thru, and the prices are good for how large their burritos are too. My go to is the breakfast burrito with chorizo, egg, and cheese and it's always done perfect. My partner tried them for the first time and would go back again. It's not often I can say the food has stayed as good as it was over 10 years ago at places!“

“This is a great place for the great Hispanic food and good service that's been there forever. Portions are large and service is great.One thing I would say is prices are $2 to $4 higher on average that what you would pay at a typical Hispanic restaurant. We paid $9 fot two cokes.I would have rated this higher had the prices been more typically aligned with restaurants serving similar foods.“

Food was not too heavily seasoned but there were extra sauces available to punch it up. I had to try the sopapias and was not let down - they were fantastic. “I’m from Chicago and struggle to find good authentic Mexican places in Colorado. This little hole in the wall reminds me of the taquerias and panaderias I love in Chi. Had the gorditas and a smothered burrito, the salsa verde and rojo were great spice levels and the chicharrones were made the way I’m used to in Chi, steeped in the salsa and nice and soft. The rajas con queso was perfect and the cheese reminded me of chihuahua which I can’t seem to find in Colorado. This is definitely a gem.“

“I was starving after a long day and my family was at Colorado Mills visiting from out of town. I have celiac and when I tell you they were thoughtful, compassionate and knowledgeable about what they could serve me and keep me safe...it literally blew my mind! They changed gloves, washed their hands and advised me about what does and does not contain gluten. They were incredible and went above and beyond (as far as I am concerned) with helping me stay safe with my food choices. It is really difficult to eat food that is safe going out for people with celiac and these folks did a stellar job!! On top of it, my bowl tasted incredible!! The chicken was fresh, had no fatty texture and everything just tasted so good! 10/10 Go visit this Qdoba!! Not only do they make great food, they genuinely care about you and food safety. 100% recommend to anyone.“
