“Hits the Spot Diner is a good place for great tasting diner fare. The place could use a face lift... it's looking kind of old and sad, but the food is spot on. I had the chicken fried steak skillet. Gravy and plenty of it covering two eggs, the aforementioned steak and home fries, all excellent. My other half had French toast, also very good!!The service was good, not great... but definitely friendly. They are always busy, with a wait time for peak hours... but if you want good food, you're willing to wait!!“

“This is THE best vietnamese food I’ve had in Denver. So fresh and flavorful and delicious. You can tell they know what they’re doing! I enjoyed every bite of my meal and the cost is fair! You get so much food in the combo rice plate that it’s definitely enough for two meals. Not often you find great value with great quality anymore but these guys are doing it right! “Coming here on a Sunday morning which was also a holiday made for an easy visit. We were sat immediately and the waitress was polite, friendly and professional. I ordered my go to Eggs Benedict with bacon and it was fresh, delicious, and aesthetically pleasing. After ordering the food was delivery quickly. “The legit deal. But MAKE RESERVATIONS AHEAD! There are many 6 tables and Gabby gets sassy if you do not make reservations. We happened to come in for lunch with a reservation in 15 mins. We were 15 minutes away. But so yum! Nothing frozen and worth it. We left 30 minutes before closing for lunch on a Friday and she got upset with 2 groups coming in without reservations and turned them away. Totally worth it if you plan!“

The staff is friendly, they are efficient inside and at drive thru, and the prices are good for how large their burritos are too. My go to is the breakfast burrito with chorizo, egg, and cheese and it's always done perfect. My partner tried them for the first time and would go back again.
