“Wow. We didn't feel like cooking dinner tonight so we decided to go out. However the options along 104th in Commerce City aren't great, if I'm honest. You have a ton of fast food--Taco Bell, Popeye's, McDonald's Wendy's, Panda Express, Pizza Hut, Papa Murphy's, Wingstop, Del Taco, Sonic--as well as your coffee chains--Starbucks and Dutch Bros Coffee--but you don't really have solid dinner options. G's Tacos is mid. Las Margs feels like what it is--a restaurant placed in office space meant for an H&R Block tax service. Dion's Pizza--also mid. Yum Asian Food--mid. I'm generally not into chain restaurants, but this area could use something like an Olive Garden, a Red Lobster, an Outback Steakhouse, or a Texas Roadhouse. The best we have is State House, and the only bad thing I have to say about them is that their menu is limited. Well, enter El Lechon. El Lechon is a taco truck. For the longest time I didn't even think it was real because of its weird location--in a parking lot next to a Lutheran church. Well it is real, and don't let the location deter you. El Lechon's tacos are AMAZING. These are the best tacos you're going to get in a 5-10 mile radius. I ordered three carne asada tacos and chips and salsa. The meat in the tacos was just right--juicy but not rare--and the sauce they gave me--green and red--was spicy and flavorful, but not overbearing. And the chips and salsa was so good I couldn't stop eating them. My only complaint was that it wasn't enough food--I should have ordered 4-5 tacos. They also have burritos and other items, but their main dish you want are the tacos. Don't sleep on El Lechon. Do yourself a favor and give them a try ASAP!!“

My only complaint was that instead of giving extra or more of the seafood sauce that was in the tacos on the side they gave regular green and red taco salsa, which was not as good or the right flavor.“

Very well cooked, the Mexican hamburger was delicious. omG, had everything I wanted and cooked to perfection. I had seen some reviews about the Jamaica and Pina drinks. “This is a self proclaimed roaming coffee truck run by one guy. There is always a line which makes sense because the coffee is absolutely delicious. You can immediately tell the care that is put into his craft. I got an iced latte and it was made perfectly. As it is a food truck, the vibe is very low key. “OMG THESE WINGS ARE BUSSIN' AKA so crispy, flavorful, and fried to perfection! They have so many great flavors and the price is great for how many you get! You can also ask for them to cook the wings to be crispier, all flats or drums, NAKEY or even tossed in even more sauce!!! A WING LOVERS DREAM, it's the little details for me. I tried their waffle fries, corn dogs, and corn nuggets. Waffle fries and corn dogs are the average but corn nuggets were sooooo delicious! The service was great and fast. “Some of the best Indian food I've had. The chicken marsala is delicious and it comes with naan, but I substitute my naan for garlic naan since I like that a little bit more. The rice is great too! There was a line when I was there but it moves fast and the food comes out quickly to! I only waited for a few minutes, definitely less than 5 minutes. If you work near here and are able to stop here for lunch you won't miss out! Also they accept cards which is great since I was assuming they were cash only, but they aren't! When I go to a gas station, I take out cash just so I have it on hand for Tacos Pachuco. I come about once a week, and the entire time I've been doing it, Tacos Pachuco has delivered exactly what I am craving, every single time. The service is as fast as it needs to be. The atmosphere is a parking lot on Washington. The staff are friendly, the food is second to none. I would travel miles for these tacos, and in the future I probably will. The owners are super friendly and gave me a sample of their Horchata (very different from the Mexican kind). He also showed me the "flower" used for the flower pupusa. It's ideally a vegetable with a strong taste. I ended up ordering the Revuelta (pork, beans, cheese), the Bean Cheese, and the Flower one. My fave was the Revuelta! Chef's kiss! I'll be back again! I am so glad I did because the street tacos at Tacos El Divino were outstanding in terms of the flavor and the value. I of course got al pastor tacos because when you see an alcohol store spit you can't say no! Well standing in line I learned that the people in front of me drove all the way from Fort Collins to try this truck after seeing it on tiktok. I usually expect to see a line on Friday and Saturday nights. They usually have heater set up outside so that you can wait without freezing to death too. They also have a variety of sauces for the tacos which I love as well. I definitely will try this again especially since it's such an inexpensive meal!“

There was a line of people waiting for their food so I walked up to the window and asked for a recommendation on what to order.
