They have a great vegetarian option. Their chips and salsa (especially pickled red onions in habanero) were perfect! The churros and Mexican coffee are definitely a MUST! The aguas frescas tasted so fresh! 100% recommend!“

“This is a self proclaimed roaming coffee truck run by one guy. There is always a line which makes sense because the coffee is absolutely delicious. You can immediately tell the care that is put into his craft. I got an iced latte and it was made perfectly. As it is a food truck, the vibe is very low key. People feel comfortable hanging out there plus the dogrista makes for a great partner, I'm sure!“

“Our apartment complex offered breakfast burritos this morning from Lily's Cocina. I tried the steak burrito and potatoes and egg burrito. Both were tasty and pretty good size! Half a burrito was filling. Little spicy but I like that. Will definitely be back!“

You can also ask for them to cook the wings to be crispier, all flats or drums, NAKEY or even tossed in even more sauce!!! A WING LOVERS DREAM, it's the little details for me. I tried their waffle fries, corn dogs, and corn nuggets. Waffle fries and corn dogs are the average but corn nuggets were sooooo delicious! The service was great and fast. “Some of the best Indian food I've had. The chicken marsala is delicious and it comes with naan, but I substitute my naan for garlic naan since I like that a little bit more. The rice is great too! There was a line when I was there but it moves fast and the food comes out quickly to! I only waited for a few minutes, definitely less than 5 minutes. If you work near here and are able to stop here for lunch you won't miss out! Also they accept cards which is great since I was assuming they were cash only, but they aren't! Amazing food at a great price, it's really the best around!“

“It's hard to overstate how important this truck is to me. I make plans with my friends, they ask me to bring them to Tacos Pachuco. When I go to a gas station, I take out cash just so I have it on hand for Tacos Pachuco. I come about once a week, and the entire time I've been doing it, Tacos Pachuco has delivered exactly what I am craving, every single time. The service is as fast as it needs to be. The atmosphere is a parking lot on Washington. The staff are friendly, the food is second to none. I would travel miles for these tacos, and in the future I probably will. “I am now obsessed with New Zealand style ice cream! They have lots of options of frozen fruits to blend with their delicious ice cream. I would recommend the strawberry and mixed berry. I also love how this place is mostly nut free so I don't have to worry about cross contamination for allergies. Be sure to check it out if you are in the area!“

Grabbed a carne asada burrito which came with a side of tomatillo sauce.While I waited (what had to be two minutes) I was given two barbacoa tacos to try. Both were great (the "red" meat tasted better to me).The burrito was significantly smaller than I would have imagined (maybe my only complaint). It comes with peppers and beans. I opted for no beans which might have contributed to its thinness. But it was still very tasty and only cost me $10.If I had anything to say, I would say to throw some white rice into the burrito to give it more substance. The taste was absolutely great and my mouth is still tingling from the heat after about 15 minutes.Other reviews mentioned the cleanliness of the truck... they weren't wrong. The truck was incredibly clean inside and out. Staff were very friendly. I'll be back even if I have to drive out of my way.“

“I found this truck driving up Federal and kept seeing it so I decided I needed to stop by. I am so glad I did because the street tacos at Tacos El Divino were outstanding in terms of the flavor and the value. I of course got al pastor tacos because when you see an alcohol store spit you can't say no! Well standing in line I learned that the people in front of me drove all the way from Fort Collins to try this truck after seeing it on tiktok. I usually expect to see a line on Friday and Saturday nights. They usually have heater set up outside so that you can wait without freezing to death too. They also have a variety of sauces for the tacos which I love as well. I definitely will try this again especially since it's such an inexpensive meal!“

“Mariscos el Malecon was recommended to me by a friend so I had to try this! This food truck can be found on the SE corner of 8th and Federal. It's bright blue so you can't miss it. There was a line of people waiting for their food so I walked up to the window and asked for a recommendation on what to order. The guy was super friendly and walked me through the menu so I settled on his rec of Shrimp Ceviche and Quesadilla de Marlin. I took the bag of goods home and as I opened the boxes....omg.... Everything smelled AMAZING!! I immediately tried the quesadilla and was blown away by the flavor of the cheese and fish. The ceviche was loaded with fresh avocado. I built a tostada with my ceviche and devoured it in a few bites. This place lives up to the hype my friend gave it. Fresh and delicious. I'll definitely be returning!“
