They even made a few sauces to accommodate a dairy allergy, highly recommend this place and this will be the new go to spot for us. “I have been going to Capri since I’ve lived in Bethel as it is my favorite pizza place in this town so far! They have outdone theirselves with the buffalo chicken pizza. This was the best buffalo chicken pizza I’ve ever had anywhere! The blue cheese dressing underneath and just the right amount of spice. Idk who was making them pizzas on the night of 10/14/23 but they did a phenomenal job. As do all the pizza makers. Thank you“

“It has been awhile (too long) since we’ve eaten at Portofino’s, just busy. It was very nice to be recognized and they were genuinly glad to see us “back”! Our dinner was delicious! I had the sea bass over risotto. The bass was cooked to perfection! And their service was excellent as always! Thank you for a wonderful evening! We highly recommend Portofino’s and we will definitely be back soon!“

“Gisellas has been our favorite go to Italian restaurant in DANBURY since it opened. Food is always delicious and consistent and the wait staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Unfortunately last night we had a different experience the moment we walked in the door. Hostess was very unfriendly and dismissive, no eye contact and acted like she was doing us a favor seating us! Thankfully, like always, the rest of our dining experience was amazing!“

“This is the definition of a hole in the wall pizza shop that truly delivers on quality. There are a few spots to sit and eat but we were on the run so we took it to go. Here’s how it went. Garlic knots had a lot of flavor in them. I appreciate that they give it way more than usual dob of butter and garlic. There are so many herbs in the oil that I devoured all of them instantly. The pasta fagioli was again super flavorful and freshly made. The lasagna was another fresh flavor bomb on a plate. They had my favorite type of pepperoni for the pizza, a bit of spice. The dough wasn’t thick and just the right amount to ensure the topping didn’t go for a ride without taking away from the flavor. Plus the bacon was NOT that bacon flavored flavored but junk. It was the real deal. This was definitely an awesome meal. You definitely need to add this to your takeout list!!!“

“The restaurant has an exciting vibe. The menu doesn't have a large selection of Mel's but the ones to pick from are delicious. The spaghetti chess's wheel pasta was delicious. Other diners had the halibut special with sautéed spinach it it was delicious nice light and flavorful. The filet mignon with rigatoni had a nice sauce as well as the pappardale pasta and beef short ribs.“

“We recently celebrated my mother`s 100th birthday at Pulcinellas with about 40 friends and family and everyone is still talking about it ! Linda ensured perfection all around. The pizza, antipasto, entrees (chicken champagne, veal francese, eggplant rolatini, penne a la vodka), and sides were delicious and plentiful. The pistachio BD cake was gorgeous and tasted out of this world! the staff was so attentive to everyone's needs and the piano player added to the festive atmosphere. “Grabbed a couple quick slices while waiting for something in Sandy Hook… will DEFINITELY be back (with the whole family!). Awesome pizza, great atmosphere, heard the owner talking to one of his young workers about getting back into school (a lost art in communities nowadays!)… AND they had Pepsi Zero! AND they didn’t heat the slices to the temperature of the sun so that I tasted the first bite, then nothing else for a week!!“
