First time visiting The Fresh Monkee, cool to see it is a local chain! THE FOOD-they serve protein shakes-extensive menu but also possible to create your own -great for peanut butter lovers but also TON of options for those who aren't fans -I ordered the blueberry pie and it was really tasty! Ok, I go here almost every darn day after the gym and I never get sick of it! The staff basically knows exactly what I want before I even get in the door. The owner is just as friendly, and they offer a rewards program as well as a military discount. Great place!

I love their smoothies! Healthy, delicious, and satisfying! And pretty much the only thing that kept me alive when I was very sick a couple years ago lol. I had some sort of nasty virus and absolutely no appetite. This was the only thing that appealed to me!
