Terrible service. I have been a customer for six years and never have experienced such a decline in service over the past few months. For the past three times, my deliveries have been extremely late (over 45 minutes, some over an hour), delivered to the wrong location, and poor communication from management. I have written detailed instructions in my order, and even taken the time to order way in advance for the employees to plan accordingly. Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering from Lion's Bleecker Street any longer. I do not see any type of accountability or ownership from this establishment or willingness to improve their service. There are so many places in Newtown and will be taking my business elsewhere.
