“Great food. We started with a spectacular wine recommendation from our server Michael and the had a tasty house made bread with an olive-oil vinaigrette for dipping. Excellent starter. This is my 4th trip in 5 years. Michael is and will be our server as long as he works at this place. His recommendations are always the best. My companion and I shared the appetizer Duck Confit that was served with roasted Brussel Sprouts in a homemade Cranberry - Pomegranate sauce that was truly delicious. The Duck was cooked perfectly with a crisp skin and silky meat. Next we had the Steak & Lamb for the main course. The Cast Iron Beef Filet served with Garlic Mashed Tatters and was absolutely delicious. Medium Rare - Rare cooked perfectly with a warm red center. The Lamb Rack too was also cooked to perfection with a warm red center served with Couscous and greens that's one of the best meals i've had in years Bijoux may be the best restaurant in Destin ! This has been an annual trip for now for years..“

“Had the best dinner on 98 by far! Everything was scrumptious, from the gyoza to the seabass, this was an exceptional meal. Service by Isabella was perfect, prompt & personable. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough! Music was a touch loud but we still really enjoyed our experience.“

“This is a great place to eat and enjoy Destin. The. Food was great. We always come for the dessert—Key Lime Pie! However, we were a little disappointed in the crust on the pie- it seems like they have changed the recipe for it from a cookie texture to a brown sugar texture. Otherwise we would give a 5 instead of 4.“

“Came In on vacation. Place was extremely busy. HALIEGH was amazing. We were waiting on a table and she immediately came to us while we were waiting for a table and took car of us getting us drinks immediately. We weren't her customers and she went out of her way to take care of us. She was awesome and made this experience great. Raw Oysters and the broiler sampler was great.“

“The food, service (Roxanne), and the atmosphere was amazing. Our waitress made the service great. We walked in excitedly, but most of the workers there seemed pretty disgusted for some reason. No one was smiling. The manager only greeted the guests who were inquiring about having a group eat there. The food was excellent. The presentation was nice, and it was seasoned well. “We love this place. The food is exceptional. The owner goes the extra mile every time. My husband is a quadriplegic and the owner goes out of his way to accommodate us. We were just there for a good meal. After we ate, I wanted to buy a side of corn salad and a bottle of our favorite Q sauce. He ended up stopping what he was doing to help my husband and me to our van. We hugged and cried. He appreciated the way I dealt with my husband. The food is always AWESOME!!! “We were pleasantly surprised by Royal Palm Grille. The seafood with sushi on the same menu is, kind of, groundbreaking. Why hasn’t someone thought of it before?All of the fresh fish options were top tier. Tuna was a spectacular coloring and sushi rolls went down smoothly. We got the Crab and Artichoke Dip to share for the table, which was a hit. The Grouper Tacos were tasty, albeit could have had more seasoning. The Oysters Rockefeller were a pretty good deal as well. The Seaweed Salad came in a large portion. We had a big group and our servers managed to give us our food promptly and with a smile.The directions to getting up to the restaurant could be improved though. You can park in the hotel parking lot, and go through the lobby to the stairs to the 2nd level, and walk all the way towards the front of the building.The restaurant has a patio attached to the hotel with lovely views of the sunset (across the street) on the beach. Also has a bar across the road on the actual beach.Parking: Park past the lobby in the lot beside the hotel. Had a couple spots open when we got there around 6pm. It was more off-season though, so it may be busier in the summer.Walk up through the lobby to the second floor to get to the restaurant entrance. Not sure if there is an elevator, but with so many floors at the hotel, there should definitely be one.“

“This is a bar located in Hotel Effie lobby on the Sandestin Golf and Resort Bar. I enjoyed my lemon drop martini and my friend had the Cabernet blend wine that was really good. The service was great and the ambiance was typical of that of a hotel lobby bar. Pretty busy and even though we came at 9pm on a Sunday, it was kind of noisy. Still, I would absolutely recommend it“

“In an absolutely crowded Karaoke night at Kenny D’s, spring break and everything; I was able to not only get my family-of-four dinner to-go in 20 minutes, I also got to chat with the owner. The food was so amazing, just make sure you get the Gumbo too. 100%awesome“

“First time trying Hunters, and it was awesome! The guy that took our order, (I think his name was Cameron) was extremely polite & helpful. My family & I ordered burgers, tenders, the tilapia sandwich & fries! Everything was absolutely amazing & we will definitely be back! The establishment is so clean!“
