“Brought a tourist from Chicagoland and another from Pheonix and boy, did this hit the spot! The atmosphere was perfect although it was a windy day. The sun was out, the band played and the drinks flowed. The food was good and the vibe was just what the doctor ordered for them.“

I ate the special -- grilled swordfish with a bourbon glaze -- and this was the BEST swordfish I have ever eaten. We all had different meals and each dish was well prepared. We were here on vacation but if we lived closer would definitely go back again!“

“The Dog House is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. The food is unique and full of great flavor. We love the hot dogs. The bbq dog is my favorite with pulled pork, slaw, sauce, and pickle. The chilli cheese fries are great. Salt and pepper fries are great too. They have the best onion rings. The service is great and this place does not disappoint.“

“Try the cheesesteak sandwich. None of that shaved beef here. This sandwich is full of large tender and flavorful chunks of steak... and don't even get me started on the carmelized onions. Absolutely delicious! The bar is a beer only and cash only bar, but the staff is friendly, the pool cheap and the food awesome!“

“Due to its proximity to base, it’s definitely a military bar but with the help of locals and some bikers it really adds some diversity. The staff really looks out for the military and even does potlucks for them when some of the regulars leave for their next station. Great vibes, great drinks, and classic wings. Plenty of TV’s for any game you want to watch. An assortment of games from darts to billiards and even cornhole. Highly recommend !!!“

“The staff and location were superb. Chicken Nachos were phenomenal and more than I could finish myself. Drinks were excellent. Menu is limited bar fare but the food quality is good. Gratuity is to be expected, tip your bar tenders and waitstaff. Ray Ray took care of us both at the Salty Rose and inside the Pensacola Beach Resort on separate days. When colleagues come to Pensacola having a meal with Re makes you legit! She knows us - knows what we want to eat and drink and never disappoints!
