“Native Cafe is a wonderful place to stop in Pensacola Beach for amazing food, drinks, and service!We took a drive from Sandestin to Santa Rosa Island yesterday and when we were encountering more homes and signs of a community I googled “cafes near me.” Through our search, we ended up at two cafés and ended up walking into Native Cafe and looking at the menu. It was bustling in there and a full house which led us to think we discovered a potential true local gem.We ended up staying and so glad we did! The Mahi Mahi tacos were VERY good and my cold brew coffee with lavender vanilla syrup added with a touch of milk was off the charts delicious!The Native Cafe is a true eclectic cafe with fresh and fabulous food, a great vibe, exceptional service, and a vibrant atmosphere.“

“The Shaka Bar is a nice out of the way little bar on Pensacola Beach to sit and have a few drinks while watching the boats come in and out of Sabine Bay and enjoying the evening talking with the friendly staff, especially a bartender called Tara. She is friendly and full of life. If you're at the bar during sunset hours you will be right where the sun sits. Doesn't get much better than having a relaxing evening with friends, having a drink, sitting on the water, and watching the sun set.“

“We went here during Super Bowl & Mardi gra parade season. They were super busy but as busy as they were (we waited 1 1/2 hour to eat) it was so worth the wait! The service was good and the food was delicious. My husband and I shared a dozen fried oysters for our appetizer that were a pretty decent size then both of us got a burger with fries. I love that they will cook the burger to whatever temp you prefer (because I like mine on the rare side). The price wasn't bad at all!“

I don't think anyone has ever checked on me at a restaurant as much as they did. Amazing service and Riptides is lucky to have the both of them. “This place is AMAZING!!! We went here the last night we were in town, and it did not disappoint. The server was one of the best I think I have ever had. She talked to us about some popular food and drinks so we ordered almost everything she recommended and it was the best! The tocos are so good, especially the fajita tacos!!! We are from Nashville and my husband said the drinks were better by far. You get to eat right on the beach with one of the best views, and after you can either go swimming if you are staying at the hotel connected or even use there walkway to go to the beach. All in all HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!“
