“Lunch at Four Seasons today was a treat. We randomly found this place in downtown Pensacola on a day trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The gumbo’s silky texture and perfect seasonings was delicious. The fried chicken was done to perfection. The coleslaw, gouda mac and cheese, and turmeric pasta salads each had their own distinctive flavors that would make any of them a great side choice. What makes this charming little eatery so good is the detail that goes into each dish that we tried.”

We started with a little bit of a wait, about an hour, but with the views and areas to walk around, it was no problem for 5 adults and 5 kids. The food was beyond amazing! The service was spot on and Sam was absolutely killer with dealing with all of the kids, four of which are 5 and under! It was clear she really cared. Holy smokes was the food good!!! Between the fish tacos, the grits, and the blackened tuna I had for an appetizer, I haven’t ate so good in my life!! I can’t wait to come back!! These guys are really GREAT!”

“Yesterday on Dec 27th, 2022 my wife and I met a friend for coffee. Makers was recommended by this friend David Harvitz since he personally knows the owners of this local coffee shop. First of all, the coffee was incredible! I loved that there were non-dairy options on milk or creamer as my wife has a dairy allergy/sensitivity. We had the Mocha. Uh-mazing. Also, I LOVE the atmosphere. This is a gorgeous downtown shop and I couldn’t love it more. Third, it’s family friendly in the sense that my wife and I brought our 5 month old daughter with us and while there saw at least two other couples with bucket babies. Nobody once gave us a dirty look like “get that kid out of here.” All in all 5 stars from me. I have lived in Tulsa OK since 2012, but I’m a Pensacola native and I’m proud to say that Makers is an awesome coffee place in my home town. Best of luck to you in this brand new store. You’re going to kill it!!”

“Went to eat there Friday night and we were pleased. I had the lamb chops which were some of the best I’ve ever had. They were very tender and the spice was perfect. Highly recommend. I’ve had lamb chops at every nice restaurant in town and these are by far the best. They were cooked to a little more than medium temperature but it did not matter with the tenderness and flavor. We also had the butter chicken and tikka masala. The naan orders were large and very tasty. I also tried an Indian beer which was surprisingly good.”

Overall, they were not all expensive which made the experience even better. All in all, this is for sure worth a try!”

“I took a trip home this past December, and I wanted to make it a point to try some new places. I always go to the same ol' places that I know are amazing, but so many new restaurants have been popping up, generating buzz, earning accolades. I needed to branch out. So I brought my sister out to lunch one day, and I decided to try out the place that had been winning best lunch awards for many years now.It's right in the heart of Palafox in Downtown Pensacola. An easy walk from any street parking you can find nearby. It's a quaint, unsuspecting, wraparound bar with seats dotted all around it. It's a nice looking place. We got seated, were given menus, and ordered some drinks.I forget exactly what I had, but It was a special sweet tea. Maybe mango or pineapple or something. I remember it was very good; I had a second one. So we're sipping, exploring the menu, and decide to just split a bunch of stuff. We get a few tapas and a sandwich.We start off with something easy, Carmen's Soda Bread (Baked daily! Fresh rosemary, dried cranberries, sweet butter). This was so nice. The bread was perfectly soft, but easy to spread on. The sweet butter with the tart cranberries was a good combo, and the aroma of the rosemary helped make this a good start.We moved onto the Spanish Crab Pepper Poppers (sweet peppers, jumbo lump crab, chorizo sausage, Manchego cheese, lemon, saffron). This was so fun! The heaviness of the filling, not complaining, needed that fresh vessel of that sweet pepper. I love crab, I love chorizo, I love cheese. They go very well together. Go figure. Get this.Then, the Savory Goat Cheese Cake with Carmen's Seasonal Fruit Pepper Jelly (served over arugula with toasted ciabatta). This was a visual spectacle of a dish. Piled with that cranberry pepper jelly. There was some sweetness in there, which was nice with the tang of that goat cheese cake. You get a whole stack of bread, so spread away. I loved this.The last thing was the Spanish Crab Melt (local jumbo crab, chorizo sausage, Manchego cheese, lemon, saffron, served open-faced over arugula). Very good. The ciabatta was nice and soft. The same mix of crabby chorizo was dolloped on top, so I ate this up in a hurry.Overall, this lunch was lovely from start to finish. I have a new favorite go-to lunch spot in Pensacola now. Will be back!”

I had what I think they called their signature bloody Mary which had a skewer of pickled vegetables, shrimp and a slice of bacon. Very good. Then the fried fish basket which I think was grouper. 2 large pieces of fish that were juicy and not over cooked. The sauce that came with it was great. The fries were crisp and hot. The Cole slaw and twice baked potato salad were obviously house made, a long with almost everything else. The onion rings were not homemade but they were still good, made from sliced onions, not chopped and formed. Everyone else enjoyed their food also.”

“Our server was Pinky and she did a great job serving 6 of us while also handling several other tables. I had what I think they called their signature bloody Mary which had a skewer of pickled vegetables, shrimp and a slice of bacon. Very good. Then the fried fish basket which I think was grouper. 2 large pieces of fish that were juicy and not over cooked. The sauce that came with it was great. The fries were crisp and hot. The Cole slaw and twice baked potato salad were obviously house made, a long with almost everything else. The onion rings were not homemade but they were still good, made from sliced onions, not chopped and formed. Everyone else enjoyed their food also.”

Sree's kitchen is the place to go if you wish to taste authentic South Indian home cooked meal with the same exact taste. Bonus is that it does not hurt your stomach like some restaurant foods do.”

Let's just start with the perfectly crusty schiacciata bread, baked fresh daily! It is the perfect foundation for these deliciously crafted panini. The ingredients are so thoughtfully selected and prepared. The amount of love that goes into these works of art is evident by the explosion of flavor you experience in every bite. My favorite so far is the #7 Il Trovatore. The finocchiona, an Italian style salami made with fennel, pairs perfectly with the peppery arugula, sweet balsamic roasted eggplant, creamy robiola spread, and flavorful fig spread. The whole thing had me wishing it would never end and when it did, I wished I had room for another! These things are huge! Not only phenomenal quality, but fantastic value, as well! The outdoor seating is beautiful and great for kids to explore and get out some energy. Customer service is top notch. The owners are fully invested and involved in orchestrating these amazing experiences. Bonus: This restaurant is owned by the same people who brought us Lamonte Gelato and you can actually dine inside of Lamonte gelato and finish off your lunch with their famous, authentic gelato and artisan espresso. If you haven't tried them yet, here is your sign! You won't regret it!”
