“Lunch at Four Seasons today was a treat. We randomly found this place in downtown Pensacola on a day trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The gumbo’s silky texture and perfect seasonings was delicious. The fried chicken was done to perfection. The coleslaw, gouda mac and cheese, and turmeric pasta salads each had their own distinctive flavors that would make any of them a great side choice. What makes this charming little eatery so good is the detail that goes into each dish that we tried.“

“I took a trip home this past December, and I wanted to make it a point to try some new places. I always go to the same ol' places that I know are amazing, but so many new restaurants have been popping up, generating buzz, earning accolades. I needed to branch out. So I brought my sister out to lunch one day, and I decided to try out the place that had been winning best lunch awards for many years now.It's right in the heart of Palafox in Downtown Pensacola. An easy walk from any street parking you can find nearby. It's a quaint, unsuspecting, wraparound bar with seats dotted all around it. It's a nice looking place. We got seated, were given menus, and ordered some drinks.I forget exactly what I had, but It was a special sweet tea. Maybe mango or pineapple or something. I remember it was very good; I had a second one. So we're sipping, exploring the menu, and decide to just split a bunch of stuff. We get a few tapas and a sandwich.We start off with something easy, Carmen's Soda Bread (Baked daily! Fresh rosemary, dried cranberries, sweet butter). This was so nice. The bread was perfectly soft, but easy to spread on. The sweet butter with the tart cranberries was a good combo, and the aroma of the rosemary helped make this a good start.We moved onto the Spanish Crab Pepper Poppers (sweet peppers, jumbo lump crab, chorizo sausage, Manchego cheese, lemon, saffron). This was so fun! The heaviness of the filling, not complaining, needed that fresh vessel of that sweet pepper. I love crab, I love chorizo, I love cheese. They go very well together. Go figure. Get this.Then, the Savory Goat Cheese Cake with Carmen's Seasonal Fruit Pepper Jelly (served over arugula with toasted ciabatta). This was a visual spectacle of a dish. Piled with that cranberry pepper jelly. There was some sweetness in there, which was nice with the tang of that goat cheese cake. You get a whole stack of bread, so spread away. I loved this.The last thing was the Spanish Crab Melt (local jumbo crab, chorizo sausage, Manchego cheese, lemon, saffron, served open-faced over arugula). Very good. The ciabatta was nice and soft. The same mix of crabby chorizo was dolloped on top, so I ate this up in a hurry.Overall, this lunch was lovely from start to finish. I have a new favorite go-to lunch spot in Pensacola now. Will be back!“

“Passed by foosackly's and the name got my attention. Every time I passed by there were a lot of cars in the drive thru and parking lot, so had to stop in. Ordered the chicken fingers box with honey mustard and foo sauce. Extra sauce is 45 cents. The chicken fingers and sauce were delicious! Cole slaw was yummy too. Fast service and clean restaurant.“

“Today was my first time going and I absolutely loved the energy! I got some Teriyaki wings and my boyfriend got a burger that he couldn’t even finish lOl . My waitress name was Rebecca, she was very kind and polite ❤️ The manager stopped by before we left and gave us a little back ground on the restaurant. I had what I think they called their signature bloody Mary which had a skewer of pickled vegetables, shrimp and a slice of bacon. Very good. Then the fried fish basket which I think was grouper. 2 large pieces of fish that were juicy and not over cooked. The sauce that came with it was great. The fries were crisp and hot. The Cole slaw and twice baked potato salad were obviously house made, a long with almost everything else. The onion rings were not homemade but they were still good, made from sliced onions, not chopped and formed. Everyone else enjoyed their food also.“
