Still, we are happy to come here from time to time for a reliably good sandwich, salad. and/or simple entree. At the outer stretch of a strip mall road littered with typical fast food joints and chain family restaurants of appalling mediocrity. it is worth supporting a dining establishment that sets a reasonably high standard and is locally owned and operated. The service is friendly, casual and sometimes a bit haphazard with staffing shortages post pandemic. The clientele isn't just those who want to watch, beer in hand, an/or several athletic contest(s) on television. Young families, oldsters like us, and those who appreciate Monica's house made desserts, fill tables beyond the bar seats. You don't feel out of place with a non-alcoholic beverage. The chef-owner can cook more interesting cuisine but is giving the locals, apparently, what sells. Ample parking, and recently the unpaved sector has been reclaimed.”

“We live in CT however we chose to go to this specific Applebees frequently. Why? They never disappoint me or my family. The service is always A+ the menu is great as well as the prices. We’ve gone during there busy times, down times regular times and we always get great service and food. I recommend Applebee’s in Westfield MA 100%!Kid-friendliness: High chairs available for children as well as kids menu. They also provide the kids with crayons and coloring menu.”

“Phyl is fantastic--she's fun, easy to talk to, and goes the extra mile to take care of her customers (even if that means delivering them cake tasting samples in the middle of a rainstorm!). Phyl was so easy to work with, using primarily text message and a few phone calls to connect. Her cake was DELICIOUS (and got so many compliments from our guests), and it was incredibly reasonably-priced in comparison to all the other shops we looked at. We will come back to Phyl for all our custom cake needs in the future.”

“So we ordered a pizza today from Gigi's. Called it in in advance because of football today and we wanted to make sure we could get it at the time we get out of work. The pizza (Italian Garlic) was made on time and was nice and hot and the pizza was the best pizza we have had in a long time. We had fresh tomatoes and fresh vegetables on it. It was delicious. Had just the right amount of crust breading. I don't think the reviews do this place justice. if I could give this place more than a 5 stars I would definately do it. It was definately 8 out of 5.”

“Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite.The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocksWheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.”
