“We live in CT however we chose to go to this specific Applebees frequently. Why? They never disappoint me or my family. The service is always A+ the menu is great as well as the prices. We’ve gone during there busy times, down times regular times and we always get great service and food. I recommend Applebee’s in Westfield MA 100%!Kid-friendliness: High chairs available for children as well as kids menu. They also provide the kids with crayons and coloring menu.“

“Food was great service was great.Note: there is a beger or homeless man approaching customers right outside the main entrance.Upon leaving the same man was in there parking lot approaching customers.This problem needs to be taken care of .Parking: Please get the problem away from your great restaurant.“
