“Truly exceptional service, food, beverages - EVERYTHING. Sushi was the freshest and most delicious in town, and we have tried everywhere. Pisco drinks and sake flights were spectacular.You must come here, we will absolutely be back. I rarely take the time to leave a Google review but this place deserves all the attention. “Don't play with them ok!! This gem was a great surprise that served up AMAZING food, OUTSTANDING service and a BEAUTIFUL color concept. We went for lunch and enjoyed every bit of it! Our server was Bobbie he was knowledgeable and had plenty of excellent suggestions for us. Oh and make sure you ask him to tell you a bad dad joke lol The food was plated beautifully and the flavor combos were refreshing and a total party in your mouth. We had the sweet potatoes to share then we each had an entree the Ivy burger and the BLT and finally we shared the brown butter cake. The sweet potatoes were yummy and the sauce went with it so well, burger was so moist it was dripping with juicy flavor after each bite, fries done to perfection ( I love a good fry especially one u can't eat naked without anything), the BLT had a garlic aioli that I loved and a fried green tomato sealed the deal and last but not least that brown butter cake with Marscapone cheese OMG it was sooooooooo good and all the flavors complimented each other. One of the owners Viorica stopped by the table after we were done to introduce herself and chat for a few. I thought that was super sweet!! Overall this place was FABULOUS and I can't wait to bring my husband back to try everything. Great concept, nice location and love the decor ❤️ Thanks for a great lunch!!!!”

“Truly one of my favorite places in the Twin Cities. I feel so lucky to have this in my neighborhood! Good coffee & tea with creative specials (I'm 99% sure they make syrups etc in house), great sandwiches, small but very solid beers on tap ...plus books! and friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Tiny lot in the back off the ally but frankly the free street parking is even more convenient. I order all of my books through them and I really enjoyed a book club I did there last spring & I've been meaning to do more. Also this is where I stop for a lil treat - currently the amaretto mocha, but they seem to always have at least one seasonal special I'm into.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly”

“Unfortunately couldn't capture a photo because we ate the food so fast!We ordered the gyro, waslad, and boy we could not have been happier with our meal. The spices, tenderness, and how they fried their food could not have been more perfect. Their sauces are spicy yet not overwhelming. I'm surprised I haven't heard of this place, it should be on everyone's hot list for the Twin Cities.”

“I ordered the original blend popcorn chicken and the Not Too Sweet boba milk tea, which is truly the perfect duo. The chicken was super juicy with a crunchy exterior and excellent seasoning. I'm really excited to come back and try other menu items! As a side note, the team was quick to answer the questions I sent their way on IG, which I super appreciate.”

“I have used the private event space at the Vine Room now for several team events. The space is very relaxing and homey and customizable to suit most events. The staff is very accomodating and easy to work with for reservations. Between the drinks and charcuitteirie board The Vine Room is an easy solution to create a refined experience for your next team outing.”

“Uhhh this is my favorite brewery EVER. Hands down. They really know how to make beer. Always a ton of options to choose from no matter the season. There is always going to be a beer for somebody's palette. I am OBSESSED with their milkshake IPAs and milkshake sours. In fact, I love their sours in general. I typically don't like other place's sours, but LTD's are legit.”

“We bought food for our kid's teachers (50) from the local PL elementary school. We followed Mirsha Madrid (Manager) recommendation. We ordered 2 weeks in advance and food was ready on time. All went as planned and everyone enjoyed the meal. The "Tres leches" was superb!”

“I would give it a second try. Service was very kind and I heard really good things but was not overly impressed sadly. It was a little spendy too. For just the food in the photo (rice, paneer Tikka masala and naan) (before a tip) it was $24 something.”

“Fantastic and delicious cake! I came to LaBamba based on great reviews and those reviews are 100% good!!! I needed a dessert for a Mexican themed birthday party for 16 people and she recommended the Tres Leche cake. I picked it up the next day before the party and it was the hit of the party!!! Soooo good! I’ve also purchased other items from them and it’s all been very good. The people who work here are so nice. I’ll be a regular customer for all sorts of things there, now. Thank you for the amazing cake!!! This cake needs to be kept cool before serving. Save space in your refrigerator.”

“This place is great - food and drinks are very good. I just can’t give it 5 stars because of the lack of recycling and composting for trash. They serve drinks in plastic or compostable cups, but there was only one trash can that I could see. Nowhere to recycle the plastic or put the compostable cups. Very disappointed.”

“This is a nice place, really nice patio and the service was good. We only ordered two items off of the happy hour menu, basket of hand cut fries and the ceviche. The fries were very good and a decent amount. The ceviche wasn't really ceviche, it was more of a corn salsa. Should have had shell fish in the dish but we sure didn't see any. If there was, the amount was incredibly small and you couldn't taste it. It also lacked on the marination. We probably wouldn't order this again, and would say try something else. The jury remains out on the rest of the food, but I think we will go back and try an actual entree next time. Four stars is mostly for the atmosphere and service, 3 stars on the food.”

“I got a #12 lunch special and an order of the steamed dumplings. Cost came out to just under $19. The amount of food I got was a ton! Definitely worth the $$.The dumplings were by far the best I have had. Huge size and tasted great!Not a fan of the egg roll. It tasted like it had been rolled in sugar prior to being deep fried. Came off pretty sweet.The sesame chicken was good. Really liked the coating on the chicken. Sauce was ok. Not super spicy but chicken was a little dry.Nothing special about the fried rice. It’s like they just put white rice in the wok with some soy sauce and an egg. No real taste. Would be better if they put just a couple of peas or carrots with some seasonings.I will go back just for the dumplings!!”

I had the rotisserie chicken bowl basically like a jambalaya everything was tender and loved the flavors.The place wasn’t what I expected it’s a cross between fast food and full service so seating is limited it’s a small space but enjoyable. No fountain drinks it’s all bottles and cans.Additionally if you pay with card there’s no where to give a tip so bring cash. The people were lovely, food was tasty and quick.Dietary restrictions: A special section called out that all but a few select items listed were gluten free.”

I also received a call from the actual owner to apologize, which just doesn't happen often these days. The food is always great, but I'm now impressed with their service as well. “Had to kill some time while dropping off a computer so went there for lunch as it was the closest Mexican restaurant to micro center and could not believe I had not heard of this place before! They give you this Mexican ranch with your chips and salsa that's super delicious and then I tried the chorizo chicken - some of the best chorizo I've ever had in my life! I love that it was more crumbly style versus that dense patty you normally get. I don't know if I will ever try anything else it's that good”

“We got a burger and wings and both were honestly very good. Very high quality food. We came on a Thursday night for the free acoustic music and we will definitely be back. This is a great idea and I'm glad they do it. This was our first time in here and we loved the vibe of the interior. Cozy but fun. Hams on tap, yum.”

“5 o’clock on a Monday. Service was good. Prices were good. We had the pulled pork sandwich which was very good. Monday is build your own burger night; while we had something else, people around us seemed to enjoy their burgers. Will go here again.”
