The spices, tenderness, and how they fried their food could not have been more perfect. Their sauces are spicy yet not overwhelming. I'm surprised I haven't heard of this place, it should be on everyone's hot list for the Twin Cities.“

“Uhhh this is my favorite brewery EVER. Hands down. They really know how to make beer. Always a ton of options to choose from no matter the season. There is always going to be a beer for somebody's palette. I am OBSESSED with their milkshake IPAs and milkshake sours. In fact, I love their sours in general. “I met up with some friends to do the wine and tarot card reading event for Halloween night. Tickets had to be pre-purchased. Located in a small business strip with a shared parking lot. When we got there we sat at an high table and ordered some wine glasses and snacks sold at the wine room while waiting for our readings. Wine and food was good. Overall experience was fun and I'd like to come Back and try other menu items too.“

From the blueberry muffins cooling on the counter to the local artists’ work displayed on the walls, the coffee shop has a neighborhood vibe that is very inviting. My husband ordered a Cinnabon Latte coffee and shared a sip with me. It was so good, I ordered my own. I also purchased some of the available artwork for sale. ❤️“

“The self-pour experience went much better than I expected. I poured 10oz hazy IPAs, which was fine, because I can always pour a few more oz if I want to. A few oz of Bear'leywine.? No problem.Eclectic food choices, with many meatless choices. Pizza crust was soft, but burnt on the bottom. Servers were very helpful.“

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. “I tried several of the signature cocktails and they were lovely. Tiny, adorable, and tasty. Our wings got lost, but the staff was apologetic. I looked over the menu online before going and was hoping to order the risotto, but it wasn't on the menu in person. It was probably seasonal and the website hadn't been updated yet. “I don’t usually order burgers at restaurants because I have a hard time eating them due to my small mouth. Most burgers are waaaaayyy too big/tall for me to even take a proper bite out of.My father and I were in Minneapolis and decided after a long day of taking care of family matters, to get a hearty meal. It was 9pm on a weekday and we were limited on what was available. Thankfully, we found Red Cow.I was very happy with our experience at this establishment. The server was great and so was the manager. The burgers were juicy and cooked to order. I was super excited to see they had truffle parm fries and my dad felt the same about tater tots being on the menu. My dad got a cute little beer which was the perfect size for him, since he doesn’t drink much. I did order a mocktail, but barely drank it because it was too sour. The manager comped it, which was nice. I will definitely be back!“

“Extremely friendly atmosphere and staff. Our server, Jackson, has the best personality. Being our first visit, he explained the ingredients and recommended to try different sauces which were great. We asked to speak with his manager and Danny was just as kind. It’s nice to see a manager supporting his team with pride.“

“This place is small but BOY is it good! Their flavors are more upscale and unique compared to your typical scoop shop. Sometimes I feel like places are trying to make these new fangled flavors just to seem cool and edgy, but not here. These flavors ACTUALLY work. Are they cool and edgy? Maybe. But they're also really really good.The burgers and cheese curds are great too. There's not much else on the menu but what they do, they do VERY well and I have no complaints.“

“A lovely mom-and-pop restaurant that gives excellent value for $$. Everything is made from scratch in what I’d call a Latino Fusion style. I’ve only been there for lunch, where I’ve tried and highly recommend the Sandwich de Carne, Sandwich de Pernil, and Stuffed Poblano. Yummy house desserts include Tres Leches Cake, Crème Caramel, and Coffee Flan. Haven’t sampled the wine or beer, but the Arnie Palmer was delicious with homemade lemonade, not overly sweet. Décor is minimal but with fine-dining touches such as cloth napkins and fresh flower bouquets on each table. Great care obviously goes into each aspect of Cahill Bistro. Best of all, the staff is genuinely welcoming and attentive. Not to be missed!“

The retail side had a ton of great merch (those basil olives!!! *chef’s kiss!*) that we also stocked up on. It was a really chill place to come work and I love that they've got bottomless drip coffee; just need to pop back up to the bar to grab a refill. Everyone I've talked to there has been super helpful and friendly. Always willing to answer any questions and give recommendations. They've got some pastries from Brittner's next door, standard bar snacks, and N/A options. Only open until 12 on Mondays but you can always roll straight from coffee to beer depending on how your day's going! They hold a lot of events and fundraisers for local groups, which is awesome to see. Their beer is good and it's a great change of pace from the trendy, industrial-chic spots I normally get to. Will probably add this coffee shop to my regular remote work rotation.“

“One of the best MN distilleries, IMO. Every spirit I've had is smooth and well balanced. Their blue agave tequila is one of my favorites and something I drink in the rocks. Tried their spiced rum today and it's just as good. Not overly sweet or cloying like a lot of rums can be. Nice notes of cinnamon, allspice, and anise. The taproom is really laid back but can get loud and hard to hear folks you're talking with. The service of amazing and ordering by QR core at the table makes everything really smooth. They've got some bar snacks and Heggies of you don't want to order in. Their cocktails are all well balanced, strong, and not overly sweet. It's one of my favorite places to grab a drink since it's not pretentious like a lot of other cities lounges or "rustic" like you get in the country. Just a lot of people looking to have a drink or two and get some good conversation.“

“We walked inside and there was a long line for the bar. It was well lit and people were sitting at tables enjoying their drinks. The drink list was projected onto a wall. The bartender was friendly and joked with us as she was taking our order. We made it just in time for happy hour which is a great deal and I highly recommend it. Our beer was good. I had "I'm over Dry January" which was strong, dark and delicious. My husband had "somebody had to say it" which was a fruited blond ale which he said was good. We sat in the tented area on the patio. There were quite a few people - families, groups of young and older people, couples of all ages and lots of well behaved dogs. It was definitely a place we'd go back to.“

He was around collecting things and whatnot, already making our visit pleasant. My 4 y/o left her 1-of-a-kind hat behind (as they do). It wasn't until an hour later when I realized. Meal portions were excellent. We especially enjoyed the banoffee pie, which is hard to find outside of the UK. I would highly recommend, and the view of the lake is lovely as well.
