“This restaurant does not have tap to pay so bring cash or a physical card.I had Oolong tea, shrimp toast, and special Pho. I asked for fish sauce and chili oil also. The tea was great perfect temperature and flavor. The shrimp toast was disappointing. It looked burnt but didn’t really taste burnt so I didn’t return it. It may the oil it’s cooked in. It was also very greasy. You could see the oil ooze when it was cut. (See video & empty plate). The Pho was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised because I don’t usually like darker broth.“

“The best Panda Express I've had the privilege to visit. Clean, orderly, friendly staff, hot food and generous portions. The only negative is the soda ice machine was broken, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the table adjacent to the EXIT door was a bit of a wind tunnel. Highly recommend this location, and even during the peak time visited, the staff was very efficient in getting the food out quickly. Check it out and see what you think.“

“We have never eaten at a restaurant like Legendary Spice. It was an interesting experience. Our waiter was very helpful directing us through the process. There is seriously so much food. The steamed dumplings and sesame balls were absolutely amazing. I ordered the Mushroom hot pot & my boyfriend ordered the spicy beef pot. His was definitely HOT, so not my thing, but he enjoyed it. You can make nearly unlimited choices in Chinese veggies & meats.“

“I was craving a burger, but didn't want lunch to be too unhealthy. Therefore, I opted for this place. This is located in a strip mall, so parking was no issue. The food was good!!! I got the most expensive noodle dish with 2 beef ribs and oh man! It was good! Fall off the bone tender ribs, Rich broth, and great noodles. I even downed the broth at the end because it's that good.I also got the original milk boba tea with low sugar. The tea was exceptional and comparable to other places. The service was also exceptional all around.Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for Chinese noodles.“

“Compact Viet- Chinese carry out. Along a strip with tight parking, this place is easily missed, but would be a fun addition if you aren't in the mood to cook. Dined in here during lunch, but not really a place to do that. It has a total of about 3 tables. Most of the orders are carry out for a good reason. 12. Special pho. I normally skipped the meatballs and order extra tendon. This broth was very meaty and flavorful. The tendons were very soft and meat tender. Would order again for sure! 82. Beef rice vermicelli I took as a take away to eat for dinner. Beef had a great flavor and a slight chew, but in the beefy way. Vegetables were crisp and the sauce not overly powering.“

“I went here with my mom last night after work for the first time. The service was great! Greeted by a sweet young lady who made the most amazing Thai jelly tea! There was tons to choose from on the menu. Everything was super fresh! Not only do you get a huge amount of food per serving, but they don't skimp on the meat! I do wish the egg rolls were bigger, but that's my only complaint. This is one hidden jem that you don't want to overlook. I'm definitely going back with my partner!“

“I've ordered take out a few times now. Their eggrolls are superb. You don't find that many restaurants that offer a generous size and very crispy egg roll. Love them! I also had their hot and spicy chicken. I've frequented other Vietnamese restaurants that did that dish very well. Namely, Kinhdo Uptown and Vina, both which are now closed, so I'm on the hunt for a Vietnamese restaurant that does a good job with that dish. Unfortunately, when I ordered the Hot and Spicy Chicken the chicken was shaved and not pieces or chunks of chicken, while the flavor was spot-on. The shaved chicken really turned me off from an appearance and texture. Maybe that was unusual, for them, so will try it again and hope to not be disappointed a second time.“

“Food is AhhhhMAZing!! We usually go to the Burnsville Cam Ranh Bay and have been going there for YEARS. Was anxiously waiting for a Cam Ranh Bay to open up here in Eagan. And we were NOT disappointed. In fact we were pleasantly surprised that the food was so delicious. Even (dare I say) better than the Burnsville location.... *Gasp*.....I know I KNOW we were SURPRISED by this fact. We went on a Tuesday afternoon. The location is more of a "pick up" location. You do NOT go there for the atmosphere. There is NONE. Just a few "lunch tables" set up in a small area in front of where you order your food. But if you are looking for scrumptious mouth watering AUTHENTIC Vietnamese food THIS is the place for you! EVERYTHING we ordered was DELICIOUS. The Spicy Shrimp Noodle, Sesame Chicken, Chicken and Broccoli, Won Tons and Egg Rolls we ordered did NOT disappoint. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! And I am so ECSTATIC that it's so close to us. We definitely will be coming back for MORE.....Again and AGAIN. It's our NEW favorite Asian food place. (Sorry Burnsville) Lol“

“Overall good experience. There are multiple dim sum carts and a great choice to choose from. Our drinks were refilled frequently, which was much appreciated. Only thing was some of our dim sum we got were cold. I suppose since it may had been on the cart longer. Nonetheless, we'll be returning“

“The donuts were a little doughy! We just brought them home and threw him in our air fryer. They offered to redo them and we said no.Very nice peopleThe white rice was perfect, nice and sticky. How we love it. The lemon chicken the pieces were 2 in x 1.5 . Never seen them that big. They were crunchy. The lemon sauce was really thick like a custard very lemonyMy daughter had wontons and she said these were amazing I had sesame chicken. The sesame chicken wasn't really crispy. It was soft which was okay I brought it home and threw in the air fryer crisped it up and we'll have it for lunch tomorrow. I was just okay fried rice was just okayEgg rolls were perfectWe would rate it an eight out of 10“

“Happened upon this gem when in the area and saw the old location and thought.. hey, Chinese sounds really good! Then realized that that location was no longer open so found the other location. Honestly, in terms of good, decent, clean, authentic, solid Chinese food, this is a gem. I got the moo goo gi pan (always a favorite) and to be honest, I loved this one. The garlic sauce was nice and light with the fresh veggies and perfectly tender chicken. Always served with white rice, it was amazing. I will definitely come back here for some solid Chinese food! Also, the service... honestly, we had the sweetest chatty lil waitress, she made it that much better!“

“Was craving sushi and Chinese, so decided to check this place out. I ordered to go and the food was still hot and crispy when I got home. The quality of the general tso’s chicken was really fresh, cream cheese wontons had lots of filling, and the fried chicken was flavorful, crunchy and juicy. Also, the sushi roll‘s rice to fish ratio was perfect! Will be back to try other dishes ?“

“I got a #12 lunch special and an order of the steamed dumplings. Cost came out to just under $19. The amount of food I got was a ton! Definitely worth the $$.The dumplings were by far the best I have had. Huge size and tasted great! Not a fan of the egg roll. It tasted like it had been rolled in sugar prior to being deep fried. Came off pretty sweet. The sesame chicken was good. Really liked the coating on the chicken. Sauce was ok. Not super spicy but chicken was a little dry.Nothing special about the fried rice. It’s like they just put white rice in the wok with some soy sauce and an egg. No real taste. Would be better if they put just a couple of peas or carrots with some seasonings.I will go back just for the dumplings!!“

“Please was a favorite growing up in South Minneapolis. My family would always order from here. It does seem like it’s taking a step back from his heyday. I don’t know if it’s new ownership or not but I’ve ordered the same meal for nearly 15 years and it seems like the food is only ok. Very impersonal but it is take out so maybe that’s to be expected.“

“The Pho is the best I've had so far in the Minneapolis area. I have lived in both Orange County Little Saigon Area and Oakland so I know good pho when I try it. It is located in an Asian grocery store so you can pick up all the standards such as fish sauce and more. The ambiance is like a typical hole in the wall restaurant and the service is great. If you're in the mood for a good bowl of pho you will not be disappointed at Pho Tempo.“

“They have been here for years and it is a family who owns and operates it. Good people! My favorite as well as my wife's and her sister's favorite is the chow mein with crispy noodles. I think they make their own noodles and they are the best crispy noodles I have ever had. They are unique and very light and crispy. I get the chicken chow mein and my wife gets the fried tofu version. It's not a saucy chow mein. It is like a stir fry and the vegetables are crisp and fresh. I don't like old fashion chow mein with the heavy sauce. For $10 you get a large portion and I just love it! Egg rolls and spring rolls very good too. They do a lot of takeout so there is always plenty of places to sit. That plus the lack of decor I give it a 3 for atmosphere. Parking in the rear or on the street is not a problem.“

“Zero ambience (as it's takeout / delivery only) but they let us eat in. The food was absolutely divine. Amazing. Family owned restaurant, the kids are doing homework on the side as the immigrant parents run the show, the older sibling answers the phone with her American accent that probably helps. This is an absolute winner ?. No frills. Remarkable food and I'll be going back often. I hope you try it. Enjoy!“

And the people who own the restaurant are just the nicest people you will ever meet. Definitely worth a try if you haven't been.Vegetarian options: It's largely the same items that are on the menu but you can substitute meat with tofu or exclude the meat altogether in that dish.“

“What a lovely gem in Dinkytown! Appreciated the quick service and the fresh pot of hot tea with our meal. Staff were attentive and helpful. Food came out within 10 minutes and was piping hot. “Right out of the gate, our server was eager to answer questions about the menu and had a really good attitude. I liked the style of decorations in the dining area. The Pad Young Ginger is superb and the cooks are not shy with the amount of ginger, mushrooms, and tofu they put on it! For the price (about $13 not including tax), it surprised me. I have paid more money for less food before. Concerning the pineapple fried rice: unlike my expectation, it didn't have a strong pineapple flavor (just my opinion though). The cream cheese wontons weren't the best I've ever had, but delicious nonetheless. Though the sauce that came on the side was a clear liquid that didn't have a lot of flavor. I was expecting a cup of the red sweet-and-sour sauce, which didn't happens so you might have to ask specifically for that. The menu is basically a choose-your-own-adventure since you can change the meat and spice level each time you order a dish.In conclusion, I would eat here again!“

“Service is not always great but the sesame chicken is the best I've ever had. I've been here 3 times in the last month just for the sesame chicken. It's that good. I'm sure there are other good items on the menu but I keep coming back for the same thing. It's crispy and always has the perfect amount of sauce. The fried rice has a bit too much black pepper for my taste but is still pretty good as well.“
