my husband ordered the pork chop and he could not stop talking about how wonderful it was. He usually does not order pork at a restaurant, because it is usually overcooked and dry, but this pork chop was moist and not overcooked.
We went for dinner in Oct 2021 and Dec 2020. Always excellent food and service.Cast iron seared scottish salmon with curried butternut squash puree, warm red cabbage slaw with chickpeas and broccoli, puffed amaranth was excellent.Pickle board included house-pickled vegetables and egg, fruit compote, and crackers.The estate raised thick cut bone in pork chop came with caramelized apple and whole grain risotto, grilled radicchio, pork butter, candied pecans.Always great choices.

Food was outstanding. Highly recommend the porkchop. Our server was friendly and attentive and we never had to wair for refills. The ambiance was relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend!
