“Appetizers were substantial and great. The caramelized wings had a delightful balance of fish sauce against the sweet glaze. Loved the dumplings we dipped in an apricot sauce and the ribs with pickles and seaweed. Note on pork soup get extra pork bellies. They are the most bestest I've ever had, rolled up then sliced into perfect disks. The normally tough rind is rendered super tender, when the broth is complex and greatly enhanced with the veggies and noodles. Chef Ray came out to the floor to look in on guest happiness, which was pretty neat. I had a taste of our other entries veggie rice bowl and chicken fried rice, both rasty and more than ample. That is to say, come hungry.“

Waiter was Cassidy he was very nice and welcoming with great knowledge of the menu, this was our first time there and was so relieved to find a great noodle stop as we have tried others and were highly disappointed but not here. We got the dynamite shrimp , so creamy and just a hint of heat, we got the kids ramen so next extra stuff just the noodles and broth and those had great flavor they approved!! I got the deluxe ramen with the black garlic oil and pork belly so bold and smooth, and we got the spicy ramen which had a great heat level and my husband loved. Over all great food worth the price which wasn’t super high , nice environment with great music choice would highly recommend!!!! Thanks again Cassidy“

The food is also such high quality, and you can tell they pride themselves on how fresh everything is.
