We had a delightful time! Our server Smyly was attentive, friendly, informative, and made our dining experience extra special by acknowledging our anniversary. Pimento cheese hush puppies with comeback sauce were a perfect starter. Silky goat cheese burrata w/strawberries led to fresh tarragon and trout row with oozy egg yolk over asparagus. The food, atmosphere, and service are all top notch! The trout dish was out of this world and there's enough there for two people. They don't charge extra if y'all share dishes. Excellent wine selection at reasonable prices considering it is downtown AVL. Highly recommend it.

Excellent farm to plate fare in a casual upmarket setting. The whole trout is not what I’d ordinarily order, but I took a gamble on it being made well. It paid off!! Good cocktails also.
