Portion size good. Had pulled pork plate bbq ok beans ok. Mac and cheese awful.

Best BBQ! The Ribs, smoke wings, BBQ sandwiches, all the sides… everything I’ve had there has been great and had me dancing for joy! Highly suggest.

55 years in the food and hospitality industry. From the road this fast food restaurant looked like it had great potential. It is clean and organized to appearance, small building taunting military recognition which is a plus. I also like the wood smoked signage on the side of the building. The outer signage displayed in front of the building was bright and informative with 2 menu items burger and hotdog. It appeared as I approached the drive thru that they had people waiting in the picnic area and 3 vehicles in the parking lot so it looked not that busy. I started my order by ordering a burger with sides and were nicely told that they were 86ed because of being busy earlier and they were on the smoker. I then ordered the beef brisket sandwich, chicken bbq sandwich and the ultimate chili cheese fries. To my surprise was a whopping 30.50 bucks for lunch. After a brief conversation with the owner at the window explaining how excited i was to try his establishment for the first time and realizing how important a first visitation can be for a successful restaurant. Both sandwiches were on cold plain bun, meat was dry and could have used more bbq sauce and cole slaw to help here. The fries were home cut and where not hot the chili seemed fresh and the cheese sauce seemed canish, the bacon on top couldnt tell if it was smoked or just looked grey with age. The drinks were given in cans without ice and cup, we ate in the parking lot as to eat as fresh as possible. I will be back 1 more time for a 2nd chance, on a scale of 1-10 I give a 5.........
