Placed an online order around 4:10pm and waited for almost AN HOUR for my food before I had to say something. "Maddie" who was working in the back may have been the slowest moving person/cook I have ever laid eyes on. When I finally said something, and granted I did lose it- she wanted to point out there were only 2 people in the back. It's fast food, not fine dining! None of the three girls working could be bothered- they were all acting as if they were just completely put out. The girl taking orders at the front could barely speak to anyone, and had a bad attitude: rolling her eyes and rubbing her forehead with frustration with the people over the intercom at the drive-thru. The gentlemen in front of me said he had been waiting more than 30 minutes, and a dasher was waiting well before me and was there after I left. After I asked SIX times for a refund- suddenly she was making my food. I told them I didn't want the food at this point, I just wanted a refund, and was finally told I'd have to deal with it online. DO BETTER!!
