This location is in a cute little mountain town and definitely worth a visit in. I got the caramel pecan apple and oh my word it was some of the best caramel I’ve had. I did get ice cream later in the day at a different location that was delicious as well!!

I've gone in twice now and waited at both the ice cream display and other treat display. Employees look at me but haven't spoken to me or acknowledged me at all other than looking at me. Your little teenage girls need to learn some better customer service.

The best creamy ice cream. Not hard or icy like other shops. We were there on Wednesday September 6. The young man who waited on use was super kind and friendly. He was very impressive and very well mannered.

In case you haven't noticed- John loves ice cream, which means- I get ice cream too (sometimes and sometimes I just steal some of his!). This day we had a late and light lunch and wanted a treat after walking around town and Kilwins is a well known commodity to us. John went with mint chocolate chip (one of his favorites) and I went off script and got 2 flavors in my single scoop waffle bowl a smores-ish ice cream and a chocolate and caramel. I swear I could just munch on the waffle though! As delicious as the ice cream was, the waffle bowl was my favorite part. Typical since you can smell the waffle cones outside the store! Don't forget to taste before you pick your flavor! They are happy to let you sample.
