“Today was my family's first Crumbl experience. Everyone has been raving about these cookies. This was a fun weekday treat. We don't do a ton of sweets in our family, so we are selective in what we splurge with. This was so worth it and the service was speedy. The people working here were very sweet too. No pun intended ?“

“A great place a short walk from downtown. They had vegan options. The items were intriguing and portion sizes were generous. Some flavors were developed better than others.Dietary restrictions: They had vegan and gluten-free options, including cookies“

“I have never written a yelp review, but I feel Chocolate Fetish is worthy. I went in today to get Valentine's Day candy for family and got a few pieces for myself. I was blown away. The frogs, or turtles are absolutely amazing. The caramel is soft and bursting with flavor. I'm going to head back and get a few more of those. I can't wait to share the rest with my family.“

“We went to Sugar and Snow while visiting Asheville and really enjoyed it! The gelato was smooth, soft, and flavorful - we'll definitely be back when we visit again. Amy was really nice and welcoming - she also gave us some good local recommendations.“

“The ice cream I had was super gigantic that I didn’t even finish it. I’m not much of an ice cream eater. But this place served some bomb a** ice cream. It was so soft and smooth. Also very delicious! The milk shakes that my friends brought was humongous also. It looked good too! I went when it was a bit chilly, but I bet if it was warmer it woulda tasted 100x better. It was still good though. I say go give it a try! There’s only drive thru or order and pay by phone only. You couldn’t eat inside because the family was inside and they had small children there. It was absolutely fine to me. There was seating outside with benches and tables. The cost was with it because the portion was so big!“

“Good soft serve ice cream! Parking is best on adjacent lot, not on main lot, it’s too tight! But ice cream makes everything better!!!!“

“Small cakes for the win! My family was staying in Black Mountain between Christmas and New Years and my husband’s birthday is on New Year’s Eve. He loves German Chocolate cake and the German Restaurant didn’t have it and the cupcake shop was closed til February. Thank you Google for directing me to Smallcakes pre ordered the night before. Order was ready at pickup time and the gentleman running counter was super nice and helpful. Red Velvet and the German Chocolate were the favorites!“
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting El Rio Ice Cream in Asheville, NC, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. This local ice cream store brought back memories of being in Mexico with its authentic flavors and homemade ice cream.El Rio Ice Cream offers a wide variety of desert favorites that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. From classic flavors like chocolate and vanilla to unique and exciting options, there is something for everyone. One standout treat was the fresh chamoyada, a refreshing and tangy delight that perfectly complemented the creamy ice cream. One thing that impressed me during my visit was the constant flow of customers. The lines were out the door, and yet the staff worked diligently and efficiently to serve everyone in a timely manner. It was evident that they take pride in providing excellent service to their customers.I also appreciated the fact that El Rio Ice Cream is a bilingual establishment, offering service in both Spanish and English. This added touch creates a welcoming atmosphere for all customers and adds to the authenticity of the experience.Overall, I highly recommend El Rio Ice Cream to anyone in Asheville who is looking for a delicious and nostalgic ice cream experience. The homemade ice cream, friendly staff, and vibrant atmosphere make it a must-visit destination. Whether you're craving a classic flavor or want to try something new, El Rio Ice Cream is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Don't miss out on this delightful gem in Asheville.“

“Look, the ice cream is fine. But the 1000 year old house they occupy at this location is almost certainly haunted, and my weirdo wife keeps making me go get the ice cream from this specific location at odd hours, which is probably because of the ghosts.“

“Very nice. Great ice cream - I recommend the Chocolate Malt Shake. The service was really good. I was there with a high school group of 40 students and chaperones and they handled all our orders in a timely, friendly manner. Wish I lived closer!!!“

“While visiting Baltimore Estates needed a snack to tame that sweet tooth craving. The ice cream shop is located in the courtyard and it's a small shop where you come up to the counter and order your drinks or ice cream. Employees are very welcoming and attentive and ready to take your order and get your pack on your way.Went with the blueberry cheesecake, ice cream and a waffle cone and it hit the spot. Ice cream was very creamy and it had good flavor to it.“

“Such a cute little ice cream shoppe. Friendly servers, they had restricted diet options (vegan&gf) in ice cream and snacks. Enjoy a seat at the window, table, or a stroll down Haywood to see what West Asheville has to offer.Dietary restrictions: Gf and vegan options“

“Mediocre, and what most people probably expect from fast food in this area. Food always seems to be older than it should be, like it's been sitting in a warming station for a couple hours instead of industry standard of 10 minutes max. But typically as long as you know that's what you're getting and don't care - it's decent service.Atmosphere doesn't matter a lot, as most people just take their food and go at this location. It sits right off the very busy Smokey Park Hwy so it's too noisy to enjoy sitting there to eat, but parking and ordering isn't perfect either. Seems like a lot of the time there are friends of employees, or maybe family, hanging around shootin' the breeze and smoking. The smoking is what bothers me the about it. Won't stop me from going here from time to time, though.“
