And, excellent bagels in traditional style (not bready, firmer on outside while chewier on inside, and very flavorful and fresh as well). We'll be making the extended drive from Weaverville out to Rise Above often.“

Not only is she easy to work with, but her cake tasted amazing!!We wanted a really simple cake in terms of design and Donna delivered. While the design was really simple, the flavors were not! All of our guest enjoyed the cake and so did we :)She also was very flexible to work with and was able to accommodate preparing 2 small sugar free cakes for some family members who are diabetic. They were able to join in on the cake with us and said it was delicious!!“

“Baked catered our wedding last summer in the North Carolina mountains. We are not cake people, and chose to serve pie at our wedding instead. They delivered a pie for us to cut as well as 150+ mini pies for our guests. They were a hit!!! We LOVED the tasting experience (one of our favorite memories) and getting to choose some unique pies for our guests that really felt like us was so fun. There was not a single pie leftover and we were so incredibly happy with the decision. The process was flawless and we highly recommend using them!“

“Went buy to get some pretzel bread to go with soup for dinner, got the pretzel braided bread. Came with directions and bag of salt, did what it said in the oven for few minutes,and was delicious, warm and tasty. Great with soup for a more hearty meal.
