Welcoming, friendly service with well crafted cider and delicious food. The espanola tortilla was perfect with the spicy ketchup and pickles.

Barn Door is fantastic! We were warmly greeted by the owners and then they explained their ciders and menu. We got a cider flight and a cheese board. It was delightful, delicious, and everything was excellent. The ciders were interesting, flavorful, and paired well with the cheese board. The atmosphere is very peaceful and a nice retreat away from the touristy, crowded mess of downtown Asheville. Barn Door Ciderworks is Asheville's best kept secret but it should be a secret no more!

Fabulous! Dry ciders, but they have syrups to sweeten to your taste if that's your desire. Most cideries & breweries have lousy wines, but this one has a lovely red that pairs beautifully with their grilled olives (omg, try these!). Beautiful covered porch with fans. Lovely green area. All in all, a wonderful spot with friendly hosts & a great experience.

Great, friendly service! The back patio/deck was so fun, especially watching the hummingbirds and butterflies! The ginger cider special was delicious as was the tortilla espanola. Would absolutely go back and recommend!

Gorgeous setting very close to Fairview. There is a Dawn Redwood that is unique and enchanting. The cider flight was varied with robust alcohol percentages. And not sweet, which for an IPA drinker was preferable. Turgua beers are available on tap. That's about as Fairview excellent as you get. Good selection of non-alcoholic beverage and snacks. And carrot cake! We loved it and will be back year-round.

If you want traditional cider paired with great food in WNC, this is the place to be. Excellent Cider, food, staff, and atmosphere. If you're not a fan of traditional cider (barrel fermented/aged) they carry other local beer and wine. Even have apple juice/cider for the kids. Highly recommend.

We spontaneously decided to stop to try some ciders and were thrilled by everything about this experience. The service was wonderful and quality of the food offerings and ciders exceeded our expectations. There is a variety of seating available indoors and out- we opted to sit in the yard surrounded by glass art and flowers. Perfect spot for date night or a low-key gathering. We will return!

Amazing cider! The owners were so accommodating & informative. We enjoyed hand pressed cider & spanish influenced tapas while we sampled very unique dry ciders. The owners , (husband & wife ) take pride in the craft of cider making and it shows in their product. Yes, you could always go to another big commercial cidery but you would be missing this amazing unique experience. We will be back again?
