All around quality. Great reserve Cabernet Sauvignon enjoyed with the cheese board. Amazing views! Pet-friendly. Definitely worth a visit. ♥️

Nice atmosphere. Good beer and wine. Decent service. Very clean and nice. Dogs are allowed. Children are not. They are currently adding to the building. Pleasant view.

Gorgeous tasting room with indoor and outdoor seating sporting a lushly forested vista overlooking the gorgeous Blue Ridge of Hendersonville.

Beautiful setting. Wine is good. Service is just okay. The Cabernet Sauvignon is their best wine. Serving staff is not very enthusiastic.

A great recommendation from a new friend. GORGEOUS views and spectacular atmosphere. Ok wines... Asheville is heavy on beers and breweries, obviously. But if you don't mind going a little out of your way, there are some great wineries hidden in them thar hills! After making friends with fellow trivia-ers who were local to the area, they suggested Stone Ashe to us for a visit the next day. The weather was spectacular, so a hilltop wine-sippin' trip was definitely in the cards. Just outside of the Asheville area, with plenty of parking, great service and unbelievable scenery! I am so glad we made the trip! Though I will say, I did not like any of the wines which I why I am withholding a fifth star. Taste is subjective, but I usually find something I would want a full glass of or a bottle to take home...not so much here. And it was not inexpensive. But overall, the visit here was more than the sum of its parts. They also offer food, but we had done brunch before we cam here so we didn't need to take advantage of that. I would be open to a return visit (assuming different wines had been made/released) especially with a group for a meal or a flight.

If you love Hendersonville as much as we do, you HAVE to make the short stunning drive up to @stoneashe_vineyard !! Not only does their wine all come from in-house grown grapes, but the view is FANTASTIC! DELICIOUS charcuterie boards and the best Riesling I can remember! Make a plan to stay for a few hours, enjoy a flight, and take in the beautiful views! We can’t WAIT to go back!

I attended a wine tasting and food pairing event, “Taste of Asheville” tonight. There were a number of local vineyards represented. Among all those attending, Stone Ashe was a real stand out. Their Sauvignon Blanc was one of the best I’ve had since moving to North Carolina. It was fresh and crisp and reminded me of some of the Touraine Sauvignon Blancs I enjoyed in the Loire Valley in France. This is a wonderful wine, and I am looking forward to visiting this family owned boutique vineyard to sample their other wines.

Great intimate and relaxed experience and beautiful wines. We particularly enjoyed the reserve Chardonnay. Well worth the trip to the area.

Rude staff! Combination of fake nice staff and then purposefully lack of acknowledgement. Overpriced flights for 1oz pours. Not enough to taste. $25 foods option with PAPER PLATES and PLASTIC CUTLERY. Highly over priced everything. Great view is the saving grace for the place. Everyone didn’t see to stay long. Said goodbye and thanks to two separate staff members and no one responded when right next to us. Burntshirt 1000x better only 13 min away! Actually saw people from Stone Ash who also came from here.

Not much of a wine drinker but their flights offered a nice selection to sample. I recommend getting a seat outside because the view is immaculate!

Good selection of wines to taste. Our preferences were the reds and especially the Davenport.

Subpar experience. Red wines were decent, if you like a tannin forward palate. The food, much left to be desired. Hummus box is a joke. A very small (but tasty) glass jar container of hummus that filled about 7 crackers. Celery was unwashed, uncut, dried out and was given the butt and head of the stalk. For $20 this dish needs to be buffed up considerably with more veggies, more hummus, and more crackers. Wait staff was informative, but rarely checked in. Views are amazing and the building is beautiful.

I almost don't want to write this review for selfish reasons. This Vinyard is a hidden jewel! Beautiful views, great wine! Try the Bordeaux! Fantastic! Best Vinyard we've been to!
