If you're searching for authentic, look no further. The food was incredible. My order was a bit off, but that was 200% my fault for my lack of Spanish fluency and my overuse of gesticulations lol. The chicharrons were perfectly crispy which is hard to find, and even the mistake items I received would be offended to hear me call them that. ? This place deserves your business, and, if you're honest with yourself, you deserve to eat here too!
It was fine. Family was craving late night tres leches cake so I bought four. They were single portioned, about $2.50 each. I've had better, but it was still tasty. The woman working there was helpful, but there was a little bit of a language barrier, but in fairness it is a Latin bakery so I wouldn't hold it against them, more so you know what you're walking into.

Although my Spanish is sometimes terrible and I don't hear well, the people at La Latin Bakery are very friendly and the food is incredible. If you see this, I'm the redhead who buys pancakes and empanadas :) Sorry for not understanding much of what you're saying, but I love your store.
