Overall, customer service was a 10/10, menu options was a 10/10, time from order to food to table was a 10/10 and flavor and quantity for a lunch meal was 10/10. “Four of us went to Pelican's West for a birthday dinner. The food was excellent, prime rib, catfish and bacon wrapped scallops with steak. The preparation was delicious and the prices fair. The meal is served with soup or salad and an accompaniment. Our server was efficient and friendly, he was attentive and friendly. The remodeled restaurant is very comfortable. We all had a great time and a birthday dessert included.“
