Pretty much my regular breakfast spot on Fridays, incredible waffles (my favorite), and breakfast burritos (2nd fave). Outstanding service. With the great ingredients they use I can't imagine anything else in the menu could turn out bad. Highly recommend
Growing up in Albuquerque developed in me a true love for "Red or Green" culture. Living out of state now makes me crazy living without it, so, when I visit I want the real deal food of the "Burque!" Tia Betty Blues is my new favorite. My Navajo sculptor friend, Natiya, introduced me and now I'm hooked.You can see in the pictures the food, and they don't skimp. Best breakfast place in town. The food and coffees are super consistent and delicious, and staff is very nice :)Vegetarian options: Breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros, waffles, etc.. Most of their stuff can be made vegetarian.
