I ordered online tonight via Seamless and waited an hour and a half before calling twice to check on my order. The manager stated that I would have to wait at least 15 minutes more but wouldn't say exactly how long. I said I would like to wait but wanted to know exactly how much longer it would be. He instead said he was going to cancel my order then hung up on me. I called back to ask that my order be delivered. He said he already canceled it and hung up on me again. Very rude! It's frustrating to wait two hours for your dinner and then have your order canceled at 11pm when nothing else is open. If I had known I would have just ordered something else.
