“Came back a second time and can officially say Tong Brooklyn in Bushwick is the best Thai food I know of in NYC, in the same class as LA and Thailand. And one of my favorite restaurants periodt. Everything has been top tier and filled with delight and surprise.“

“The only place outside Pai I've ever seen hung lau curry, and this place does a better job.My drink came out after my food - I think they'd forgotten about it - but the service was otherwise excellent. She came by to top up my water like 4 times.“

“I usually don’t step foot in Brooklyn but when you’re here, might as well try what is heavily recommended, and that came in the form of Ugly Baby! We were instantly welcomed and you’re treated to a cozy little place that is so colorful! It instantly cheered up my cold wet self since it was raining outside. The waiters were so patient with explaining the levels of spice, and so so sooo attentive with everything! The food was amazing, we had the Panang Nuer (Beef shank and cumin red curry) and the Gai Nor Mai Dong (Chicken thigh, pickled bamboo shoot, red curry) this was their fabulous winter menu! Endless amount of refillable rice, since I had a lot of them, was a must for all the meat we got in the Panang Nuer! Gluten free is also marked clearly on the menu with an asterisk. Highly recommend coming here! A short walk from the train station!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free clearly marked!“

“I love coming here on my lunch break. They have a lunch special, a small app and then a full entree for 10.95! I usually get the spring rolls, but I always change up what I eat as the main because the food is amazing here. Also! It’s mango sticky rice season, please eat it, I am obsessed!!!!“

“My favorite Thai restaurant in the area! The food here is consistently good, as we came here 2 years ago and upon ordering the same dumplings and soup, everything tasted exactly as amazing as it did our first time here. The food here is a little pricier than your typical thai restaurant, but it's totally worth it! The purple blossom dumplings are a delight to look at and super tasty. Another must order is the galangal soup, which was so tasty. I've never had galangal soup with fish before, and this was heavenly! The jasmine tea baby back ribs were delicious, but I couldn't really taste the jasmine tea. I will probably skip the ribs the next time I come and go for the massaman curry instead. Our favorite entree here was definitely the massaman curry. The chicken kuay teow kua was a little disappointing as it didn't have much wok hay but the flavor was pretty good.“

“We order take out from here often but dined in before too. The things we order most often are the Larb Salad, the Tom Kha, the short rib either in Khao Soi (as pictured here) or the curry version, Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, basil rice. I like how they have the options of crispy pork belly and crispy duck but after trying it 3-4 times, it's almost always overcooked and dry. Almost like it's been refried several times and becomes tough. Instead I'd recommend the rib since it's pretty tender. Definitely get Khanom Tuay if you like coconut, mochi-like, dessert.“

“Cute restaurant and great service. Chicken curry puffs were made with mochi (or tasted like) which was interesting.Sriracha wings and the pork skewers did not impress us.The garlic steak stir fried udon was pretty good, I asked for it to be more “al dente” and I think they tried.“

“Vibe is great and the place is so nicely decorated! So pretty and the food was good too. We got pad thai with crispy duck, sautéed beef with eggplant, oceans 4, crab Rangoon, lychee shrimp, brooklyns steak. Highly recommend the oceans 4. The oceans 4 curry is amazing.Be warned, the lychee shrimp is literally shrimp with canned lychee on the side. Shrimp was still good tho.“

“Decor is beautiful and inviting here. Spacious place. Very pleasant at the door. Started with a red lychee sangria. Delicious. Sweet. Almost tasted like juice drank it so quickly. Service was fantastic! Spring rolls were fresh and paired with a delectable sauce! Perfect amount of sauce for the 6 spring rolls! The Guay Tiew Pad Sei Elw was mouthwatering with every bite. They give you a very big serving. Almost brought a doggy bag home but wanted to eat all of it! So took my time and made it happen. Great Thai food place. Will definitely come back!“

“When I say that I love this place! Me and a best foodie friend of mine came to RUA a couple of weeks back and had a TIME!Our server was incredible, not knot was she the sweetest thing ever she gave some really great suggestions on drinks and dessert.I’m vegan and my girl friend and I ordered food together. Although she’s not vegan she opted in to share two vegan appetizers, two vegan entrees, and one shared dessert.I am a Thai food feign! And not every plan offers alternatives to their protein options. Now, don’t get me wrong, as a vegan I LOVE me some vegetables. But sometimes I’m looking for another flavor profile or texture and it’s a bummer when they don’t have it.NOT HERE! RUA had EVERYTHING!Not only did they have vegetables options, they had an option for Tofu, Mock Duck, AND Vegan Shrimp! This is the ONLY Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to so far in the U.S. (out of Cali, NY, GA, FL, or Massachusetts!) that serves Vegan Shrimp.Vegan shrimp is usually made from a fruit called Konjac, which is a plant, that when cooked, truly mimics the texture and visual aesthetic of shrimp. In the end, we orderedVeggie Spring rolls (my all time favorite)Fried TofuRed Curry with Mock Duck (literally so delicious!)Pad Thai with Vegan Shrimpand sticky Mango RiceAnd as two sober baddies! We opted in for their Butterfly Pea Lychee Soda (SO FREAKING YUMMY) and their Strawberry Guava FizzCHEF’S KISS!!Dietary restrictions: Amazing Vegan Options!“

“Wow. This restaurant is GOLD. Such fresh flavorful food. Tastes like home cooking. Service is wonderful and everyone here is very kind. We had the Tom Kha soup and it was bursting with flavor. So soothing and comforting. Papaya salad had just the perfect bit of a kick to it. Pork belly with Chinese broccoli OMGGGGG. That was our favorite. Chicken Kra pow we asked for mild and they did it perfectly. Also the RICE here is stellar. I’ve grown up eating rice in many different countries and their simple jasmine rice is absolutely on point. They deliver too. This place is a gem. Also love the plants and murals inside and outside. My favorite Thai food in nyc. Manhattan and BK combined!“

“First time eating here and I'll be back. The service was great - friendly and quick but not rushed. The server was also kind enough to notice that my order was contradictory and let me know that I may accidentally consume something that I'd rather not. I ordered a pad thai with mock duck and no fish sauce and was going to share a papaya salad with my friend. The server let me know that the papaya salad contains fish sauce but the mango avocado salad does not - so I was able to amend my order. A lot of places probably would not tell you and just let you eat the papaya salad as is.Vegetarian options: They were willing to omit fish sauce from a dish . They have mock duck or vegetable options for their noodle, rice, and curry dishes.“

“Wow. I’m impressed. We decided to order from One More Charm on Doordash for the first time after reading the reviews and seeing the photos... and they did not disappoint. Food was delivered hot and fresh, with good ingredients and so much flavor. The chicken Pad Thai had more flavor than several other restaurants in the vicinity, and the Panang Curry had the perfect amount of spice. We will definitely order again, soon ;)“

“It’s all about the prawns. Giant, jumbo sized almost as big as a lobster. Buttery, rich, huge grilled prawns.I’ve also had and can recommend:- larb with fried duck skin- rib eye- soft shell crab curryBut again it’s the giant prawn that steals the show. They even have a giant blue prawn in the back of the restaurant hanging from the ceiling. It’s a sign. Get the prawns.“

“What a nice and cozy atmosphere in Little Tiffin! a big plus is that it's located directly at the subway station, so you can just hop in after work and get some foot for dinner. The food is super delicious and fresh. We had Pad See Ew, Gang Massaman and Khanoom Jeeb Pak (like Gyoza, see Photo) and we recommend all of it. The service is very friendly and we will definitely be coming back!“

“The khao soi is out of this world. Reminded me of the first time I had it in Chiang Mai.Everything about this place is stellar. Food is obviously top tier, but all the decor and the heavy red ambience is so perfect. Best Thai restaurant I’ve been to in Brooklyn.“

“guy at the front just needs to stop profiling and being racist whenever a male of color walks in to order. He'll seat you and ask if you're done ordering or if you have anything else in mind to order after you already paid. Also when you call. He mocks a certain tone as if he doesn't hear you asking what to order but then when you repeat what he says after he already heard give order, he hangs up. It's super uncalled for. Better MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE but overall the food is amazing !!!!! Chai tea needs to be less expensive btw. Ambiance is boring and not meant for seating so for the most part it's great to order because the food is amazing“

“Do you need food fast? Do you need it delivered or can I go to the space and eat? This space covers all bases. The food is always fresh and hot, when they say the "spicy" they mean it! I have gone through all of the rice dishes, soups and now I'm in the Pad Thai! I prefer to dine in because the drinks are good and the service is always with a smile. Shouts to the crew! You do not want to pass this spot up For good consistent Thai!“

“Act One is a bit out of the way, but worth getting to for delicious Thai food. My partner and I went last night. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The service is exceptional and the food was fantastic. Unlike many Thai restaurants, we weren't rushed, the plates were served one at a time at our request and they didn't bring the check until we asked. We were very comfortable and look forward to going there again in the near future.“

“Fantastic hidden gem of a thai restaurant!Extremely well-lit, clean, and orderly appearing the moment you walk in. This probably isn't the ideal setting if you're looking for a "restaurant style experience", but there are several small tables you can sit down to eat at. It seems the majority of the business is take-out.I have ordered several times in recent weeks. And the food was delicious! I tend to order the spring rolls, as an appetizer, and my favorite dish, Kee Mao with Chicken (this is often known as "Drunken Noodles") as my main course. I have also tried the Pad Thai, and a few other items on the menu.Absolutely tasty, hits the spot, reasonable pricing, and super-quick.One other thing.. and this is the most important; outstanding, incredibly pleasant customer service. I was greeted warmly upon entering, and was thanked very sincerely as I received my order....with a smile. This means alot to me, and helps me decide where to spend my money. They deserve it here.If you're used to ordering Chinese Take-out all the time, and want a real change of pace, make the switch! Give Thai Tai a try!“

“The interior was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The pad Thai had a very unique presentation. My son says it was fancy and cool looking. It was wrapped in an egg wrapper, which was "awesome." It was very flavorful and had tons of veggies. The papaya salad, although not on the menu, was very good. Overall, it was a very good experience. Highly recommend!“

“Their bao buns are superb bro specifically the pork one. The pork is just so tender and the bread so soft. They have a really nicely lit place so there’s a bit of led light vibes going on. “This restaurant is a hidden gem in my opinion! I'm never really around Prospect Heights and there's not many trains nearby, but it is very close to the Brooklyn Museum and there was still a good amount of customers for a Thursday evening! The mocktail Mojito Fizzy was sweet and really good. The VS. Wings had excellent crunch and the BBQ Pork was tender and chewy. As for the entrees, you should totally pick salmon for your protein. The salmon looked dry, but was actually not! The Drunken Noodles are wide, chewy, and mildly spicy. The Muse Curry was so yummy. It's not spicy and has a great thick but runny texture. The duck was also a perfect choice to go with the curry and white rice. The Tamarind Sauce was really flavorful and paired well with the crispy shrimps. Muse is small inside but actually has lots of tables and a really nice bar. The atmosphere is relaxing and a good spot for a date or casual meal!“

“Leave it to Brooklyn to totally nail it on the Thai food! While visiting NYC we trekked out to Brooklyn to pick up some household things, and this small eatery was nearby. It is located in a building that houses many open air restaurants. We had a hard time deciding which to choose.... But as soon as I took my first bite of my chicken pad Thai I knew we had chosen wisely. I'm fussy about the quality of the peanuts, the sauce ratio, and the proper "hint of lime" in my pad Thai. My tastebuds were thrilled that this dish needing absolutely no adjusting.“

“Loved the Duck Roll as well as the papaya salad! The passion fruit bubble tea as well. The waitress was very sweet and when discussing my friend's order, she was facing him, and when discussing my order, she was facing me. It's surprising how many places get it wrong. So professional courtesy throughout.“
“Recommend the Bento Box specials - excellent value given the quality & amount of food. Last week I had the Teriyaki Lunch Special Bento box with salmon, miso soup and brown rice. For under 13$ I'd have to say it's an amazing deal ! The salmon was cooked perfectly & came with 2 shumai shrimp dumplings, 4 pieces of California roll, and steamed edamame, along with rice and miso soup. Delivery was quick too. I've tried the Thai food from here also, it's fine for a quick lunch, but the Bento box is such a better value it's no contest. I'm definitely getting the Bento box when I go here next time.“

“I was craving some Thai spices and food and found this place. The first thing I noticed is a B rating from the inspection. Secondly, they do not serve anything besides beer or allow you to bring your own. The service was ok; the girl did not have a lot of interest in use. The menu looked promising, but once we ordered, the food flavors were underwhelming. I wished they got more favor in soups, and it felt like the soup was diluted rather than having that umami flavor that I expect from Thia cuisine. The place is just ok, nothing special.“

“Really solid mostly takeout Thai spot. I always get massaman curry when I try a new Thai place, and this one didn't disappoint. A great portion, rich flavors, and the perfect creamy texture rounded out this dish. The prices weren't horrible either and the food came out quickly. If in the area, it's worth stopping by for some takeout!“

“Such a lovely low-key friendly neighborhood eats. They've just been opened for couple weeks. Liquor license is coming soon. Love all the dishes we had. Very fresh ingredients and herbs being used, including micro greens and edible flowers. Drinks served now are only soft drinks but like I mentioned earlier; their liquor license is being issued right now. They should start serving alcoholic beverages in couple weeks. What we had today for three of us: Drinks - Raspberry Lemonade - Very refreshing beverage with a perfect combination taste of sweet and sour. Perfect for the hot summer day. - Thai Iced Tea - Typical signature non-alcoholic iced tea from Thailand. They made it perfectly - not overly sweet like most Thai places. - Thai Iced Coffee - Another signature Thai styled iced coffee. And again, perfectly made. Appetizers - Chive Pancakes - Big portion enough to share as a starter. Soft in the inside and crispy on the outside. Love it! - Thai Dumplings - Thai styled steamed dumplings with chicken and shrimp. - Fruit Salad (Special of the Day) - Mixed fruit salad bowl mixed of red apples, green apples, mangoes and grapes tossed with mixed of lime juice and other fresh ingredients of herbs and mints. Perfect for the summer. Entrees - Pad See Ew - Very tasty sautéed noodles with sweet soy sauce and flat noodles and Chinese broccoli and eggs. We chose to have it with fried tofu. - Duck Basil - Love, love, and love how they cook the duck with fresh Basil leaves and bell peppers. The duck meat is there - not dried out - still juicy and tender. Perfectly cooked! - Seafood Pad Cha - Again love the fresh ingredients and herbs used for this dish; especially, peppercorns, fingerroot and fresh lime leaves which they used in the dish. Dessert - Fresh Mango Sticky Rice - Not overly sweet for the Sticky Rice. So it was perfect for a hot day like today. Thank you, Glin for a lovely meal and very friendly attentive service. It was very enjoyable. We do appreciate the way you cook and use lots of fresh ingredients in your dishes. Stay true to your way of cooking. ***Love*** We'll be back soon and will try other dishes. Once again - Thank you. **The Uthairungsri Family**“
