There're lots of pizza places around, but only this one sustains a queue from opening till closure and it's for a reason. Their pizzas are just amazing - dough is awesome and it gets baked to perfection combined with great toppings. I'm glad I decided to wait in that queue (which was moving pretty fast, so it's not that scary). A separate shout out to their desserts - one of the best tiramisus I've ever had (and I'm visiting Italy quite often).
I love the original L’industrie in Williamsburg and wanted to see if the West Village location was as good as the Williamsburg one.. I think it may be even BETTER! everything we ordered was just perfection. The burrata slice is a must-order, but you can’t go wrong with anything here. This is not a negative about the pizza whatsoever, it’s just that the hours listed online are not reflective of the hours of the restaurant. It says it’s open till 10:00 PM but I arrived at a little before 930 and restaurant is completely dark. Please update! Thanks.Edit: thanks for letting us know about why it was closed.
