Attended brunch with some girlfriends while they were visiting & the food and service was great (as it has been each time). The frittata was perfect and the coffees were kept warm. Additionally, a manager thoughtfully brought me a stain remover wipe when I dropped ketchup on my white dress.
Today was my 60th birthday and we celebrated with brunch at Tavern in the Green. It is our tradition to go here every year for my birthday. It was amazing. The hostess found us a perfect spot (shaded); the band was soothing and yet exciting; our server was so wonderful - THANK YOU!!

It was a spectacular experience! We were lucky enough to eat outside, beneath the light structure, starting at around 7:30 PM, but it was still light. Our server Anne was charming and explained everything on the menu to us. We were a little surprised at how casual the many guests were dressed--shorts, jeans, T-shirts, sneakers, etc.--I thought there was a stricter dress code, but it was a little too hot for jackets (like I wore!)
